High risk infants due to premature birth, low birth weight, fetal hypoxia, asphyxia, infection, malnutrition, hypoglycemia, hyperbilirubinemia, intracranial hemorrhage and other causes of brain damage, which caused by the long-term sequelae of cerebral palsy and mental retardation of newborns.High risk infants need special care, especially vulnerable groups,is a very important issue in today's children's health, the incidence of high-risk infants and the increasingly influenced by the government, the society and the family concerned. This study was conducted to investigate the influencing factors of early intervention for high-risk infants in some medical institutions in Changning District, and to find out the influencing factors.Secondly, further study the compliance of selected early intervention in the influencing factors of early intervention in,and launched an investigation on Influence Factors of compliance, from the research that the important factors influencing the compliance of parents of high-risk infants,so as to put forward targeted measures to change compliance good parents of high-risk infants, improve risk the rate of recovery. In terms of the effect of early intervention on high risk infants, the related indexes included physiological index and intelligence index. The physiological index mainly refers to the physical growth and development index, intelligence index is to evaluate the development of infant intelligence development. This study was conducted to investigate the effect of early intervention on children with early intervention. Objective: To investigate the risk factors of high risk infants;analysis of factors related to intervention in children at high risk of compliance;carries on the discussion and analysis of the effect of intervention in high-risk infants;to provide scientific basis for developing relevant strategy of the management of high risk infants. Methods: selected 400 cases of high-risk infants and parents, associated factors in a variety of high-risk children behavioral disorders,by screening questionnaire before and after the 382 of them were effective health education for parents of high-risk infants and high-risk infants related knowledge of rate, and for the parents and the doctor can be timely and effective according to the doctor arranged active special care and treatment for high-risk infants.Univariate and multivariate conditional Logistic regression models were used to find out the influencing factors of various behavioral disorders. The compliance of early intervention, according to Apgar score in the neonatal ward(Apgar score and neonatal score, according to neonatal rhythm, breathing, muscle tension, skin color and motion and the reflection of five signs score, each index of 0-2 points,a total score of 10 out of 7)following neonatal parents and with premature birth, low birth weight, neonatal asphyxia, respiratory distress syndrome(NRDS),neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy(HIE),issued a high risk infants early intervention compliance questionnaire for parents of children with children at high risk factors of intracranial hemorrhage, neonatal hyperbilirubinemia and other related.Through various communication, based on the consent of parents and cooperation,by the parents of High-risk infants volunteered to fill in the questionnaire, the final data analysis and draw relevant influence early intervention compliance factors of high risk infants. In high-risk infants randomly sampled data integrity(premature birth, low birth weight, presence of asphyxia, intracranial hemorrhage, respiratory distress, hyperbilirubinemia and other risk factors, there are two or more factors)from 120 cases could be followed up as the object of study cases, early intervention on them, and the Gesell scale were analyzed the effectiveness of early intervention. Results: through regression analysis, selected 3 factors related with various obstacles: your child behavior of high-risk infants birth weight(< 2500g)(OR=1.727,p=0.021),your child before birth had intrauterine hypoxia or asphyxia(it is)(OR=1.426,p=0.033),you have been in pregnancy it(is)a viral infection(OR=1.526,p=0.027).In the compliance of early intervention, analyzed by chi square test, after the 9 variables on the statistical significance of Logistic two multi factor classification and regression analysis ultimately selected 5 factors related to the factors of high risk infants(two species and more than two kinds),family income(10-30 million),the residence(urban / population),parents education(high school / college / technical school),medical environment(not satisfied). In the intervention effect, after 6 months of intervention, the results of Gesell development evaluation in 7-9 months showed that the DQ values of the high risk infants' intelligence development in the five areas were significantly changed. The DQ values of each energy area increased with the prolongation of the intervention time, and the DQ value was similar to that of the normal children at 7-9 months.Among the factors influencing the effect of early intervention, there were a number of influential factors in the five areas defined by Gesell. Conclusion: there are many factors that cause high risk infants, but they are all around the important period of pregnancy, delivery and neonatal period. At the same time, coupled with the impact of the external environment, the problem of high-risk children become increasingly prominent.Early intervention is a kind of educational activity with the purpose of organizing and enriching the environment.Early intervention is mainly to interfere with the behavior of high-risk newborns to prevent or reduce the occurrence of disability.Early intervention can be divided into passive intervention and guide education, passive intervention is the use of outside intervention to children with massage and infant exercise way;education is through with the stimulation of outside environment, mobilize their enthusiasm, let the active rehabilitation training.Parents play an important role in early intervention, which directly affects the recovery of high-risk infants.Compliance mainly refers to the patient in accordance with the provisions of the doctor's treatment, the implementation of consistent with the doctor's advice. The parents are the child's guardian, and accompanying people,so the compliance effect directly determines the future of high risk infants. In the case of high risk infants' parents' compliance effect, medical institutions and families with each other, the effect of early intervention will be quite obvious.Through health education and publicity, most parents are aware of the problem of high-risk children and can cause enough attention. The risk factors of high risk infants are mainly due to the influence of the child during pregnancy. So as to reduce the probability ofoccurrence of high-risk infants should strengthen health education, advocating eugenics. In the early intervention of high risk infants, parental compliance is very important, but the specific factors that affect the parents' compliance are not related to their own consciousness and external conditions. The first is to urge parents to improve their awareness, fully aware of the importance of high-risk children and the importance of early intervention.Secondly,to help parents do not meet the conditions to improve compliance in many ways.It is necessary to take early intervention for high-risk infants, and the effect of early intervention should be strengthened. From the government, society, medical institutions, communities and families need to join hands to work together to minimize the incidence of high-risk children, while addressing the risk of high-risk children as much as possible.
