Team performance refers to the actual results,team to achieve the intended target mainly includes the team to the achievement of organizational goals,team members’ satisfaction,as well as the three aspects of the ability of the team members to continue cooperation.Team performance for the enterprise,is the team in a certain period of input and output.High team performance can improve firm performance,and drive the individual performance,create a good working atmosphere.Therefore,combined with the conditions of organization system research team performance improvement path for each organization or enterprise is very important.Based on its prospects of oral science and technology(Beijing)co.,LTD.(hereinafter referred to as "G")in the process of internal team management problems and bottlenecks,4 – D-systems system theory(hereinafter referred to as the 4 d systems)for the empirical analysis and case study.And put forward based on 4 d system G company team management solution,thus effectively improve the team members’ performance appraisal results.Paper first introduces the company’s business nature and department division of labor,then detailed company communication between department staff and management problems;Next,the use of 4 d system further detailed analysis of the problem;Finally focuses on how to make use of 4 d system improve performance appraisal result of the G company team members.The research conclusion of this paper is: G company should actively explore the team management strategy of people-oriented,to maximize the potential of each person.To attach great importance to corporate culture affect the team and staff;To pay close attention to member of effective communication and cooperation between different departments;Finally,process management should pay attention to details,follow up service.Emphasize effectiveness,efficiency and professional training process.
