Analysis On The Development And Operation Ability Of The County Level Public Hospitals Under The New Health Care Reform In Anhui Province

Objective:Based on the financial statements of general public hospitals at the county level in Anhui province.Thorough analysis net assets,medical income,current assets,total assets at the general public hospitals at the county level.Study development capacity and trend of general public hospitals at the county level in Anhui province since the new health care reform,to provided decision-marking reference for public hospital reform policy optimization.Method:Through Anhui province health and family planning committee of planning and infoshop software system of national health financial reports,to collected the financial statements of 2007 to 2013 in Anhui province 59 general public hospitals at the county level in Anhui province.Using spss16.0 to establish database,using spss16.0 and Excle2010 calculation hospital net assets,net assets growth rate,medical income,medical income growth rate,current assets,turnover of current assets,total assets,total assets turnover.Result: Except the negative growth in 2012,from 2008 to 2013,the annual school increased net assets to different extent in public hospitals at the county level in the province.Except the negative growth in 2012,from 2008 to 2013,the annual school increased net assets quarter-on-quarter growth rate to different extent in public hospitals at the county level in the province.Except a significant decline in 2013,from 2008 to 2013,the annual school increased medical income quarter-on-quarter growth rate to different extent in public hospitals at the county level in the province.From 2008 to 2013,the annual school medical income quarter-on-quarter growth rate to different extent is on the decline as a whole in public hospitals at the county level in the province.From 2008 to 2013,the annual school increased the average total assets showed a trend of sustained growth in public hospitals at the county level in the province.From 2008 to 2013,the annual school presents downtrend total asset turnover in public hospitals at the county level in the province.From 2008 to 2013,the annual school are average total liquid assets showed a trend of sustained growth in public hospitals at the county level in the province.From 2008 to 2013,the annual school current assets presented down trend in public hospitals at the county level in the province.Conclusion:Hospital net assets scale increased year by year,to enhance development potential.New accounting system,the development trend of public hospitals at the county level did not change.Medical income increased year by year,constantly improve the service supply ability.Execute "drugs zero bonus",public hospitals at the county level public welfare regression.Public hospitals at the county level of capital turnover is slow,the overall efficiency to be.Health service market competition is intense,the county hospital development operations face to choose.Development speed differences between regions,northern anhui net assets and the medical income growth faster.
