Research purposesFor endometriosis in patients with IVF-ET(invitro fertilization-embryo transfer,IVF-ET)in the treatment of patients with moderate response to gonadotropin is one of the prerequisites for clinical success. Therefore,it is important to predict ovarian responsiveness before patients undergo a difficult and costly IVF-ET.In this study, the rate of output investigate follicles(follicular output rate,FORT)for infertile patients with endometriosis in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer(IVF-ET)fertilization and pregnancy, and then proposed to predict ovarian response in IVF-ET of more sensitive and efficient clinical indicators, achieve the purpose of improving the clinical outcomes of IVF-ET.Materials and MethodsCollected in January 2011-July 2015 60 cases of infertility patients at Anhui women and child health care hospital Center for Reproductive Medicine row IFV-ET treatment of endometriosis,FORT> 65 32 cases(high FORT group),FORT ?65 29 cases(low FORT group).Comparison of two groups of age, duration of infertility,FSH,E2,P levels, endometrial thickness, the number of days falling tone, fertilization rate, cleavage rate, number of embryos transferred, clinical pregnancy, miscarriage, ectopic pregnancy,OHSS occurs rate, the number of oocytes, embryo quality rates.Spearman correlation analysis FORT relationship between ovarian response and IVF-ET outcome.Results(1)High FORT group HCG injection day E2(53.04 ± 19.43vs54.30 ± 20.12)and PFC(7.70 ± 2.91vs5.34 ± 2.97)higher than the low FORT group(P <0.05).(2)FORT set high number of oocytes(13.51 ± 5.54 vs 9.25 ± 4.19)and quality embryo rate(78.01 ± 21.03vs66.89 ± 24.03)higher than the low FORT group(P <0.05).(3)By Spearman correlation analysis showed,FORT value of HCG day E2 levels were positively correlated(r = 0.597,P <0.05),positively correlated with the number of oocytes retrieved was(r = 0.422,P <0.05),positive correlation with fertilization number was(r = 0.360,P <0.05),and clinical pregnancy rate was positively correlated(r = 0.424,P <0.05).ConclusionsFORT levels may affect endometriosis patients with infertility and ovarian response in IVF-ET treatment outcomes, those who have high levels FORT better ovarian response,IVF-ET treatment outcomes better.
