As a special public places in diagnosis and treatment,hospitals accept a lot of patients suffering from various diseases everyday.Compared with healthy people,patients have poor healthy and low immune system,therefore medical institutions alaways make to guarantee the relatively clean medical environment and reduce infection.And now UV germicidal lamp is yet main disinfection equipment in hospitals.The main reason is the UV germicidal lamp has not only the characteristics of broad-spectrum sterilization but also non-toxic side effects and by-products,and it is a physical sterilization method and low cost.However through the long-term clinical observation,it's found that irradiation intensity of some domestic UV germicidal lamp can not reach qualified value at the beginning and rapidly attenuate in the short period of use,and the conventional disinfection method can not meet the disinfection effect.Because of attenuation of irradiation intensity,some ultraviolet germicidal lamp have to be abandoned.to the contrary.The imported UV lamp has not only high irradiation intensity early,but also low intensity attenuation even if used for a long time.In view of the above,it is necessary to study intensity attenuation law of Imported and domestic UV lamp at present,which can guide to use UV lamp scientifically in clinic and improve the disinfection effect and reduce waste.The study selected two domestic brands of uv germicidal lamp and a imported brand of uv germicidal lamp,which is widely used in hospitals.According to the national related measurement standard,the data of UV lamps running around the clock were measured including irradiation intensity,power voltage,temperature and humidity at the interval of 48-hour.In consideration of different projected lifetime of Imported and domestic UV lamp,one imported and four domestic UV germicidal lamps are tested for 10000 hours,while every domestic UV germicidal lamp irradiates uninterruptedly for a average of 2500 hours.We recorded irradiation intensity every 48 hours and made a change graph of intensity over time,then utilize Matlab tools to fit measured data graph and obtain fitting curve.The experimental data of both lamps show that the change trend of irradiation intensity are exponentially decaying oscillation.The attenuation amplitude of irradiation intensity of the imported lamp is bigger in the projected lifetime than domestic one,but the irradiation intensity is in the qualified range all the time.Compared with imported lamp,the attenuation amplitude of domestic ultraviolet lamp is smaller in the projected lifetime,but the irradiation intensity alternates between qualified and unqualified level.Utilizing the mathematical model made by Matlab fitting the measured graph,the approximate irradiation intensity of imported and domestic UV lamp is calculated at any time.The model can guide the medical staff to use foreign and domestic UV lamp efficiently,and to replace UV lamp timely and adjust the irradiation time according to actual condition.
