Objective: Take different intensity of stimulation to observe the influence of intraoperative neuromonitoring during the surgery of thyroid. Methods: Randomly divide 90 patients who need to take thyroid operation from Nov.2017 to Feb.2018 into three groups.During the surgery, take different currents in IONM and observe and record amplitudes of vagus nerve, recurrent laryngeal never and superior larygeal nerve and the duration of operation. Results: Take Vl1,Vr1,Vl2,Vr2,Rl1,Rr1,Rl2,Rr2,and operation time in the three groups into analysis. There were no statistical differences with them. The duration of operation: Test group 1 was T=61.1333 + 23.30123(min),Test group 2 was T=64.3667 + 21.02131(min),and Test group 3 was T=65.7667 + 25.59995(min).The detection rate of left SLN was 85.90%,and the detection rate of right SLN was72.22%.Conclusion: In IONM,there was no significant difference in the intensity of amplitude with using 1 m A,2 m A,and 3 m A to stimulate RLN?And there were also no significant effect on the operation time.IONM has a high detection rate of the superior laryngeal nerve and the left side is higher than the right side.
