Objective:To investigate the states of unintentional injuries among School-age left-behind children in rural areas in Hongtong County,and to analyze the main types and influencing factors of unintentional injuries,and to reduce the risk of unintentional injuries in children by Combining with local practice and putting forward some reasonable Suggestions pertinently,and to provide scientific basis for effective prevention of unintentional injuries in children.Methods:A questionnaire which includes general situation of respondents and risk behavior occurrence,unintentional injury cases,families,schools and social aspects was used to collect data.The questionnaire is made and repeatedly revised by consulting a large number of literature,after experts to guide the self-designed questionnaire.The study was carried out by stratified cluster random sampling method,a township were randomly selected from north,middle,south of hongtong County,and a primary school and junior high school were randomly selected from the township,a classwere randomly selected from the selected school,and the school's students are the sample.Investigators who were trained uniformly distributed questionnaires on site and answered questions,more than three grade students complete the questionnaire independently,the students of grade one to three activities completed the questionnaire in time with the help of their parents;The surveyors checked the questionnaires without missing or missing.A total of 1,178 rural School-age school-age children filled out questionnaires.After the researchers'logical examination and random checking,37 invalid questionnaires were excluded,and 1,141valid questionnaires were obtained.Then the data is entered on a unified standard,and SPSS22.0 software was used for data description and analysis.Results:1.The general situation of respondents:the average age of 1141 children was 10.98±2.41 years;and the ratio of boys to girls was 1:1.01;The proportion of junior,middle and senior students were 29.9%,35.4%and 34.7%respectively;the extroverted,intermediate and introverted students accounted for 26.6%,58.1%and 15.2%respectively;The rate of children The number of children in whose family was 1,2,3,3 or more were 4.6%,52.8%,34.5%and 8.1%respectively.2.The Left-behind situation:The left-behind rate of rural School-age school-age children was 57.3%,Among them,the proportion(63.8%)of the student whose father went out to work and whose mother did not was the highest,while the proportion(27.4%)of the student whose father and mother went out to work was second,while the proportion(8.9%)of the student whose mother went out to work and whose father did not was the lowest;the average age of left-behind children was 11.11±2.45 years,and the ratio of boys to girls was 1:1.03;The proportion of junior,middle and senior students were 31.2%?30.4%and 38.4%respectively;the extroverted,intermediate and introverted students accounted for 14.7%?58.4%and 26.9%respectively;3.The situation of risk behavior:The proportion of left-behind children whose father and mother went out to work is often higher than that of single left-behind children and non-left-behind children(?~2=6.575,P=0.037);"Play with toys with sharp edge or point","climb","drink","on the road cycling manned or retrograde","play with fire or lighter","set off firecrackers during the holiday season"eat"amused or play","made for small animals such as dogs or cats",in those situation,the distribution of gender difference was people play with classmates","go to swimming in the river or the lake",in those situation,the distribution of grade difference was statistically significant;the left-behind children who often have dangerous behaviors are more likely to have unintentional injuries,and the proportion of unintentional injuries that occur twice or above is larger.4.The situation of unintentional injuries occur:The rate of unintentional injury in children was 44.2%,the rate of unintentional injuries among School-age school-age left-behind children was 46.0%;the rate of male unintentional injuries(48.8%)was higher than female(39.6%);the rates of unintentional injuries of left-behind children and non-left-behind children were left-behind boys,non-left-behind boys,left-behind girls,and non-left-behind girls from high to low;the left-behind types according to the rates of unintentional injuries of left-behind children from high to low were whose mother went out to work and whose father did not,whose parents went out to work,whose father went out to work and whose mother did not;the left-behind types according to the rates of unintentional injuries of the left-behind boys from high to low were whose parents went out to work,whose mother went out to work and whose father did not,whose father went out to work and whose mother did not;the left-behind types according to the rates of unintentional injuries of the left-behind girls from high to low were whose mother went out to work and whose father did not,whose parents went out to work,whose father went out to work and whose mother did not;the proportion of the left-behind boys who have an unintentional injury was higher than the left-behind girls among the left-behind children whose parents went out to work;the Personality types according to the rates of unintentional injuries of the left-behind children from high to low were extroversion,intermediate type,introversion.5.The type of unintentional injury:the common unintentional injuries of left-behind children and non-left-behind children.included falls,impact damage,burn injury,animal bite,and sharp instrument injury in turn;the Common type of unintentional injury in different grades are different;the Common type of unintentional injury in different genders are different;the Common type of unintentional injury in different characters are different.6.Places of occurrence of unintentional injury:the unintentional injuries happened usually at home;the unintentional injuries happened usually in summer;there were statistically significant differences in the distribution of unintentional injuries among left-behind children in different genders and grades;there were statistically significant differences in the distribution of places in common unintentional injuries.7.Influencing factors of unintentional injuries:there were the protection of the left-behind children unintentional injuries what include introverted personality,often do not have dangerous behavior,mother did not go out to work,mother often to safety education,the education attitude of caregivers is reasonable when making mistakes.8.Factors influencing the number of accidental injury:there were the protection of the left-behind children unintentional injuries what include who had not often dangerous behavior,who was concerned from mother,who was concerned from teacher,the mother,father and teacher's education attitude is reasonable when making mistakes.Conclusions:(1)The proportion of left-behind children is higher in hongdong county.(2)The left-behind children who often have dangerous behaviors are more likely to have unintentional injuries,and the proportion of accidents that occur twice or above is larger.(3)The rate of unintentional injuries was higher among school-age left-behind children,and common unintentional injuries included falls,impact damage,burn injury,animal bite,and sharp instrument injury,and the unintentional injuries happened usually at home;the unintentional injuries happened usually in summer.(4)The unintentional injuries of the School-age left-behind children is the result of joint action of many factors,we should be aimed at the characteristics and influencing factors,and work together from individuals,families,schools and societies so as to reduce the incidence rate of unintentional injuries among school-age left-behind children.
