Objective:To understand the expression level of circulating microrna-21 in ACS patients with acute onset,and to explore the significance of its changes in ACS diagnosis and prognosis evaluation.Methods:There are 90 patients who admitted to the chest center in 2016.12 to 2017.3,each patient was admitted to the hospital for acute chest pain.After the diagnosis and treatment process of patients with acute chest pain were completed,the patients were divided into there groups,30 cases of acute myocardical infaractions,30 cases of unstable angina pectories,and the rest were the cases of non cardiogenic chest pain.Elbow vein blood collection was performed immediately by the subjects,5ml whole blood was extracted cold storage after anticoagulation of EDTA.The plasma was separated within 8 hours and stored at-80 degrees centigrade.Extract and purify through miRNA,detect the microRNA-21 levels in plasma after reverse transcription by SYBR qRT-PCR.Combine the general data of each group of experimental objects in the same period,cTnI,NT-proBNP and other clinical results to expound the connection and significance.For confirmed and complete specification to continue follow-up phone or outpatient treatment of ACS patients,observe the PCI postoperative 3 months,6 months and 12 months MACE incidents,combined with the general data and Gensini score,the relationship between miRNA-21 and the prognosis of ACS patients after PCI was analyzed.Results:The myocardial infarction group compared with unstable angina group and non cardiac chest pain group,significant differences in the expression levels of miRNA-21 were P<0.001;unstable angina group and non cardiac chest pain group compared to the P<0.05,that the expression level of mi RNA-21 between the two groups the difference was statistically significant.The expression level of plasma miRNA-21 in acute myocardial infarction group was positively correlated with cTnI and NT-proBNP.After Logistic binary regression analysis,only mirna-21(P=0.009)was statistically significant in many patients who were likely to have prognostic risk factors for ACS after PCI.Conclusion:The expression level of circulating microRNA-21 is closely related to the acute onset of acute coronary syndrome.Mirna-21 is an risk factor affecting the prognosis of ACS patients after PCI.
