Analysis Of Intervention Opportunity And Curative Effect Of CRRT In Treating Sepsis

Sepsis(especially septic shock)is one of the fatal diseases of patients in intensive care unit(ICU).Early,rational and adequate use of antibiotics is an important mean of rescue.However,adverse events usually occurred before the antibiotics exerted therapeutic effect,resulting from the multiple organ failure in patients of sepsis,especially septic shock.At this point,organ supports,early removal of inflammatory factors and maintenance the function of internal environment of the patients are the key factors for the success of the treatment.The application of continuous renal replacement therapy in sepsis plays a vital role in maintaining the homeostasis of internal environment,keeping the stability of hemodynamics and removing inflammatory factors.However,since the lack of study for opportunity,scope and duration for continuous renal replacement therapy in the treatment of sepsis,the related sepsis renal replacement therapy still focuses on the empirical treatment model.In the present research,we retrospectively studied the sepsis patients with CRRT treatment group and the non-CRRT treatment group in the Sir Run Run Shaw hospital affiliated to Zhejiang university during 2016.1.1-2017.1.1,and then we analyzed the characteristics and evaluated the patients' responses to the CRRT treatment,so as to explore the appropriate time and application range of CRRT treatment for sepsis patients.Accordingly,our study provided new evidence and insights for CRRT treatment of sepsis.
