Research background and purpose:Primary liver cancer is a common malignant tumor, and its incidence may be related to viral hepatitis, cirrhosis, aflatoxin and other factors.According to the data, the number of people who died of cancer was the second highest in China in 2017.The primary treatment for primary hepatocellular carcinoma is surgical, and the main surgical methods include liver resection, liver cancer intervention, and liver transplantation. In recent years, anatomical hepatectomy and precise hepatectomy have been widely used in the treatment of liver cancer.Surgical methods are improved and postoperative complications such as hyperbilirubinemia, endotoxemia, and hypoproteinemia are still common. On abroad have began to give clinical enteral nutritional support after liver resection of liver cancer patients on the basis of microecological agents,to prevent high blood bilirubin after liver resection and endotoxin blood disease complications.Combined with probiotics with ordinary enteral nutrition after liver cut method of hepatocellular carcinoma in patients with comparing the incidence of postoperative complications, microecological agents for clinical treatment of primary liver cancer patients for reference to the choice of complications after liver resection.Research methods:The database of Chinese biological literature service system,PubMed,MEDUNE,EBSCO,CNKI Chinese journal full-text database are retrieved.REVMAN 5.3 was used in this study..Meta analysis of the software, and then selected and extracted the data of the RCTS for the treatment of complications after liver resection. For relative risk(RR)and weighted mean difference(WMD)or standardized mean difference(SMD),we can use dichotomous variables and continuous variables to evaluate. Results:In total, there were 9 RCTs,and 740 patients with total hepatocellular carcinoma were satisfied with the inclusion and exclusion criteria after the calculation of the results of manual inspection and the results of computer search.Compare the experimental data and control data,We found that probiotics can obviously decrease perioperative after resection of hepatocellular carcinoma in the peripheral blood ALT(SMD=-9.37,95%CI:-10.25~-8.49,P<0.00001)? IL-6(SMD=-30.94,95%CI:-54.34—-7.53,P=0.0010);AST(SMD=-2.60,95%CI:-3.66—-1.53,P<0.00001),TBIL(SMD=-1.63,95%CI:-2.12~-1.14,P<0.00001)?DBIL(SMD=-9.37,95%CI:-10.25~-8.49,P<0.00001)(SMD=-0.73,95%CI-0.96~0.50,P<0.000 01)?.Compared with the analysis of biochemical indexes after hepatectomy, the microecological preparation can significantly reduce the related biochemical immune indexes of bilirubin and endotoxin in patients after liver resection. Conclusions:Postoperative patients of liver surgery clinical use of probiotics, can significantly improve the patients after liver resection of endotoxin and bilirubin immune biochemical indexes,to let the patients recover faster and reduce the related economic cost in hospital.
