Objective:To investigate the feasibility and application advantages of self-made extracorporeal clampings band in laparoscopic partial right hepatic resection. Methods:A retrospective analysis of 40 cases of laparoscopic partial right hepatic resection performed by our department of hepatobiliary surgery. Two groups were divided according to the method of inflow occlusion, intracorporeal clampings band Pringle maneuver(26 cases in group A)and self-made extracorporeal clampings band Pringle maneuver(14 cases in group B).Statistics and analysis of data on operation time, surgical blood loss, times of clamping and total clamping time, postoperative 3 days and 7 days after operation of liver function index, postoperative hospital stay and postoperative complications were performed for the two groups. Results:Compared with intracorporeal clampings band Pringle maneuver group and self-made extracorporeal clampings band Pringle maneuver group. There were no statistically significant differences between the two groups in terms of operation time, surgical blood loss, times of clamping and total clamping time, postoperative 3 days and 7 days after operation of liver function index, postoperative hospital stay and postoperative complications(P>0.05).Results:The application of self-made extracorporeal clampings band Pringle maneuver in laparoscopic partial right hepatic resection is as safe and effective as intracorporeal clampings band Pringle maneuver, and it is simpler, quicker and easier to block repeatedly. Its application is worthy of promotion?...
