| Objective: To explore the quality of intravenous chemotherapy in patients with malignant tumor and the evaluation index of quality sensitivity of intravenous chemotherapy for cancer patients.The aim of this study is to build a scientific,practical,sensitive index system for the quality sensitivity of malignant tumorpatients with malignanttumor,which is suitable for our cultural background and national conditions,in order to provide the basis for the manager to monitor and evaluate the quality of intravenous chemotherapy.Methods: 1.Through consulting the literature,referring to the relevant books guide and clinical nursing practice,the quality sensitivity evaluation indexes of tumor patients were extensively collected.2.Through the expert meeting method,the indexes of the income were screened preliminary and the index pool of the quality sensitivity index system of the patients with malignant tumor was drawn up.3.Delphi method and AHP were adopted through the 2 round of expert consultation and experts?opinions.Once again,index selection was carried out to determine the final indicators and their weights and test the consistency of indicators.4.The reliability and validity of this index system was tested by present investigation.Result: Theselectionof experts in this study has a good representation in the field of nursing,after 2 rounds of Delphi expert consultation,the data is analyzed by data analysis: 1.Two rounds of expert consultation,the effective recovery rate of the questionnaire is 100%,which reflects the higher enthusiasm of the experts;2.The authoritative coefficient obtained by two rounds of experts is 0.825 and 0.840 by familiarity and judgment coefficient.The authority of experts is relatively high,which has certain theoretical basis and practical experience for index evaluation;3.The Kendall coordination coefficient of the two rounds of expert consultation was P<0.05 after the chi square test,suggesting that the expert opinions was more concentrated and the coordination was better.4.After second rounds of expert consultation,to determine the basic index system,AHP to determine and score assignment according to the weight with the weight of all indexes,the results showed that two or three level index judgment matrix CR<0.10,the overall ranking results have reached the requirement of consistency.It is proved that the weights of the indexes at all levels are scientific and objectivity.5.Through the present experiment,the internal reliability Cranach?s alpha coefficient of the index system is over 0.8,the total score of all levels is 0.93,and the content reliability is 0.90.It shows that the index system has good reliability and validity,and has a certain scientific nature.Conclusion: The quality sensitivity index system of intravenous chemotherapy for malignant tumor patients was set up,including 2 first grade index,15 grade two index and 39 three grade index.This index system can help nursing managers to systematically evaluate the quality of intravenous chemotherapy nursing,and improve the quality of intravenous chemotherapy and ensure the safety of patients. |
