Objective: To compare the consistency between different clinical remission criteria of rheumatoid arthritis and ultrasound imaging remission criteria, and to evaluate the value of ultrasound imaging in the treatment of patients with rheumatoid arthritis. Methods: 80 cases of RA patients with DAS-28 remission were selected.According to different remission criteria, they were divided into remission group and non remission group. The relationship between the ultrasound score and the clinical indicators was analyzed, and the subjects were followed up to determine the effect of different remission criteria on the prognosis of rheumatoid arthritis and to explore the risk factors for the recurrence of the disease. Results: 1.General information: 15% of men,85% of women. The age was 47.35+ 13.35 years, the initial age was 41.50 + 12.66 years, and the course of disease was 5.86+ 5.55 years.2.The total ultrasound score was positively correlated with ESR,CRP,DAS28 ESR,DAS28CRP and SDAI(P< 0.05).The PD score was positively correlated with ESR,CRP,RF,DAS28 CRP,SDAI,and bone erosion(P < 0.05).The ultrasonic PD score was negatively correlated with the previous use of biological agents(P< 0.05).3.The SDAI remission criteria(K=0.23)and ACR and EULAR mitigation standards(K=0.33)were consistent with ultrasonic remission, but the consistency was poor(P < 0.05).The CDAI remission standard, the DAS28-CRP remission standard, the ACR remission standard and the ultrasonic remission standard were not consistent(P> 0.05).4.The detection rates of bone erosion in DAS28-ESR,DAS28-CRP,ACR,ACR/EULAR2011,CDAI,and SDAI were 23.8%,23.7%,24.1%,14.6%,22.2%,13%,respectively.5.2patients had a recurrence of the disease during the follow-up,with bone erosion or subclinical synovitis at baseline.During the follow-up,2 patients relapsed and had bone erosion at baseline and Self-propelled drugs in the follow-up.Conclusion: In RA patients with different clinical remission criteria, most patients still have different degrees of subclinical synovitis and bone erosion during ultrasound examination. Therefore,it is worth further study and promotion in the clinics to consider the possibility of using ultrasonic image remission as the target of standard treatment in the RA standard treatment.
