Tiny Differentiated Thyroid Cancer Of Clinical Analysis Of Cavity Mirror Surgery And Open Surgery

Objective: On the cavity mirror surgery and traditional open surgery for the tr eatment of small differentiated thyroid cancer clinical results were analyzed.Metho ds: Retrospective analysis between December 2016 and December 2016 in our hos pital in the fourth affiliated hospital of xinjiang medical university during the perio d of the patient,a total of 111 cases(all cases data is diagnosed with preoperative,intraoperative and postoperative pathological diagnosis of tiny differentiated thyroid carcinoma),according to the operation method is divided into two groups: the cav ity mirror surgical group 56 cases and open surgery group 55 cases.Outcome: the operation time? postoperative tube time? postoperative hospital stay? postoperat ive pain grading 24 hours a day? postoperative cosmetic satisfaction rating? post operative adverse reactions(voice hoarse? water choke to cough? hypocalcemia),Make comparative analysis on two groups of indicators.Results: All operations ar e completed successfully.Operation time,postoperative adverse reactions on the cav ity mirror surgical group there was no statistically significant difference compared with open surgery group(P>0.05);With time and postoperative hospital stay full scores than those who did open cavity mirror extension have statistical significance(P<0.05);Postoperative pain grading the cavity mirror group 24 hours less than open surgery group was statistically significant(P<0.05);Postoperative satisfaction grading the cavity mirrors surgical group is significantly higher than open surgery group(P<0.05).Conclusions: In this study,the cavity mirror surgical treatment ef fect of synthesis of tiny differentiated thyroid cancer is better than open surgery.
