Objective: To study the expression of adiponectin in triple-negative breast cancer and the relationship between adiponectin and clinicopathology, and to analyze the relationship between adiponectin and prognosis of tri-negative breast cancer. Methods: The expression of adiponectin in 124 patients with tri-negative breast cancer was tested by immunohistochemistry.retrospective analysis of clinical pathology information and follow-up.Results:Of the 124 TNBC patients,57 were positive for adiponectin immunoreactive histone expression and 67 for adiponectin immunoreactive histone expression.Adiponectin expression was associated with age, menopausal status, tumor size, and tumor pathological classification.Lymph node metastasis and distant metastasis had no significant difference(P > 0.05).Through multivariate Cox proportional hazards regression analysis to each risk factor of breast cancer and disease-free survival(DFS)and overall survival(OS)to evaluate the correlation,it is concluded that tumor classification and axillary lymph nodes are three negative breast cancer prognosis of two main effect factors. The analysis method of the Kaplan-Meier,adiponectin immune group protein expression in the surgical specimen is the impact on three negative breast cancer surial, there are differences between the results, but no statistically significant difference. Therefore, there is no correlation between adiponectin immunohistochemical expression and prognosis. Conclusion:Adiponectin expression was not associated with clinicopathological features and had no effect on prognosis.
