Study On The Expression Of IGF-1 And IGFBP-3 In Han And Uygur Children With Leukemia And Its Clinical Significance

Objective : To study the serum insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-1),insulin-like growth factor binding protein 3(IGFBP-3)levels in acute leukemia(AL)occurs,the condition changes,the clinical significance of prognosis and recurrence.Methods : using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay in 72 cases of newly diagnosed AL children and 50 healthy children analysis method follow up study,complete remission and 61 cases of complete remission in children 6 months,22 cases of recurrence of AL in children with IGF-1,the level of IGFBP-3.result: Before treatment,the serum levels of IGF-1 and AL in children with IGFBP-3 were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),CR0 group and treatment after treatment before there was no significant difference(P>0.05);CR6group after treatment and before treatment group,CR0 group,IGF-1,IGFBP-3 levels were statistically significant(P<0.05);recurrence group and non recurrence group the levels are different,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);serum IGF-1 of Han and Uygur children,IGFBP-3 level difference,no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion:the serum levels of IGF-1,IGFBP-3 can be used as the level of AL patients The early warning and prognostic indicators,and the pathological and physiological processes involved in AL.
