The Study On "Syndrome Differentiation Of TCM" Of Asthma And Tumor Patients Based On Metabonomics

Objective: To reveal the material basis of syndrome differentiation of kidney deficiency syndrome from the change level of metabolic group.Methods: 72 Cases of kidney deficiency in patients with asthma and malignant tumor were studied,and the amino acid contents in plasma and urine samples were tested by HPLC,60 cases as control,and by high performance liquid chromatography.The data were analyzed by statistical method to explore the common and specific change substances of kidney deficiency syndrome in two different diseases.Results: By comparing the metabolic group differences between kidney deficiency in different diseases,and comparing with the healthy group,it was found that aspartic acid,arginine,cystine,L-alanine and phenylalanine may be the common change substances in patients with asthma and malignant tumor.The level of amino acid in patients with renal deficiency syndrome is significantly lower than that of normal and asthmatic patients,which may be related to chronic consumption of malignant tumor cachexia.Conclusion: Based on the analysis and discussion of metabolic group technology,two different diseases of kidney deficiency syndrome,both reflect the difference between different substances,and the common substances related to kidney deficiency syndrome,thus providing the objective basis and material basis for the theory of " syndromes of different diseases" in the level of metabonomics..
