Analysis Of Risk Factors Of Children With Severe Infectious Mononucleosis

Objective:To research the clinical features and risk factors of children with severe infectious mononucleosis(IM).Method:84 patients with IM treated by Jiangxi Provincial Children's Hospital from June2016 to June 2017 were divided into mild IM group and severe IM group according to whether there are the presence of multiple systems damage performance,record two groups of patients with general information,clinical symptoms,signs and related auxiliary examinations,conducting comparison research between the groups,the risk factors in severe IM using Logistic regression analysis.Result:After comparing the research indicators including general information,clinical symptoms,signs and related auxiliary between severe IM group and mild IM group,using single factor Logistic regression analysis method to study the research indicators with statistical significance including female children,abnormal liver function,myocardial damage,decreased blood picture in 2~3 series,renal damage and EBV DNA loads with greater than 5.0 x 10~6 copies/ml,the results show that the female children,myocardial damage,renal damage,EBV DNA loads with greater than 5.0 x 10~6copies/ml are related to the occurrence of severe IM(P<0.05 or P<0.01),the above four factors then used further multiariable Logistic regression analysis,finally,the results show that renal damage,myocardial damage are associated with severe IM(P<0.05 or P<0.01),and validate the result of the above analysis results,there is an equation:Logit(P)=2.156+3.411 x1+3.411 x2,the sensitivity is 67.6%,and the specificity is 94.0%.Conclusion:1.The severe IM children accompanied with different degree of multiple organ system damage are seen more on those IM children,who have the feature of female gender,myocardial damage,renal damage,or EBV DNA loads with greater than 5.0 x10~6 copies/ml.2.Myocardial damage and renal damage are the risk factors for children with severe IM,the sensitivity is 67.6%,and the specificity is 94.0%.
