Objective: Analyze the advantages and disadvantages of abdominal aortic balloon occlusion, provide reference for its clinical application and reduce the occurrence of complications. Methods: 1.Retrospective analysis of the 25 patients with placenta previa of abdominal aortic balloon occlusion in our hospital, collected its general clinical data and its clinical characteristics.2.Use SPSS 24.0 statistical software to statistically analyze the results.Normally distributed measurement data were analyzed by t-test.P<0.05 considered the difference statistically significant;non-normally distributed measurement data were used for nonparametric test,P<0.05.The difference was statistically significant.3.Analyze and summarize the characteristics of 3 cases of thrombosis in the operation and the diagnosis and treatment.Results:1.Among 25 patients with pemicious placenta previa treated with abdominal aortic balloon occlusion,25 patients all performed the operation within 4 hours;21patients had intraoperative bleeding less than 1000 ml,and 4 patients had bleeding greater than 1000 ml;7 Intraoperative blood transfusion was performed;1 patient underwent hysterectomy;4 neonates had a 1-minute Apgar score of 7;3 had postoperative infection,3 had arterial thrombosis,1 had intraoperative bladder injury, and 1 had postoperative wound infection.2.The statistical analysis of age, gestational age, pregnancy time, and number of cesarean sections showed no statistically significant difference(P>0.05),indicating that the incidence of thrombosis was not related to age, gestational age, pregnancy time, and number of cesarean sections.3.The operation time was(170±48.826)in the thrombosis group and(123.64±26.240)in the non-thrombosis group. After statistical analysis,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant;the balloon filling time was statisticallydifferent by non-parametric test; The intraoperative blood loss and balloon water injection were not statistically significant by non-parametric tests. Conclusion: 1.The indications for abdominal aortic balloon occlusion should be strictly controlled before surgery.Patients with pemicious placenta previa should be checked carefully before surgery.2.Preoperative,intraoperative,and postoperative evaluation of each patient need accurate and timely assessment of various risk factors for thrombosis and prevention of thrombosis.3.For patients with thrombosis, timely organized consultations, multidisciplinary collaboration, and take effective treatment measures to fully improve the prognosis of patients.
