Introduction: This article aims to determine the effect of cardiac rehabilitation exercise therapy on the prognosis of patients undergoing Percutaneous Coronary Intervention(PCI)after meta-analysis.Methods: Computer-based search for Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials(CENTRAL),PubMed,EMBASE,CNKI,CBM,and Wanfang Database for the collection of relevant randomized controlled trials(RCTs)Keywords for the search are: PCI,exercise,walking,jogging,Tai Chi,and yoga;the search period is from the database to December 2017,and the search deadline is January 18,2018.Perform a final meta-analysis using Review Manager 5.3 software.Results: A total of 9 randomized controlled trials were included.The total sample size was 1,600,of which 807 were exercise groups and 793 were control groups.Meta-analysis of clinical outcomes included a ratio of cardiac death to 0.25(0.08-0.73),P=0.01,Myocardial Infarction(MI)recurrence odds ratio was 0.37(0.12-1.11),P = 0.08,again The ratio of revascularization was 0.51(0.33-0.78),P =0.002,the ratio of coronary restenosis was 0.54(0.33-0.87),P = 0.01,and the ratio of recurrent angina was 0.39(0.25-0.61),P < 0.00001.The standard deviation of the total exercise time was 0.65(0.28-1.03),P = 0.0006,the standard deviation of the ST segment was 0.88(0.50-1.26),P <0.00001,and the standard deviation of the maximum exercise tolerance was 0.69(0.32-1.0),P = 0.0003 The mean standard deviation of exercise time from exercise to angina was 0.91(0.53-1.29),P < 0.00001.All of the above analyses use a random effects model.Conclusions: Cardiac rehabilitation exercise therapy can improve post-PCI patient outcomes including cardiac death,revascularization,coronary restenosis,recurrent angina,total exercise time during treadmill exercise,1 mm drop in ST segment,exercise to angina Time and maximum exercise tolerance.However,the correlation between the probability of MI recurrence and exercise after surgery was not found to be significantly related in this study.However,from the collection of study data,the exercise group still tends to reduce the number of MI recurrences.Therefore,we believe that overall,cardiac rehabilitation exercise therapy after PCI has a positive effect on the prognosis of patients.
