Objective:To compare the characteristics of early nurturing environment of children with autism spectrum disorder(ASD)of different extents,in order to find out the adverse environmental factors that aggravate ASD.This study provides evidence-based for early family intervention in autism.Methods:Case group for the children definitely diagnosed with autistic spectrum disorders in the autism outpatient clinic of Children's Hospital of JIANGXI Province between October 2016 and March 2018.these children meet the diagnostic of DSM-V criteria for autism children,and the age range between 1-3 years old.On the basis of criterian,finally,95 cases were included in this study.We provide “Basic information questionnaire”?“Screen media exposure environment questionnaire”?“CTTS”?“1-3years CHNEQ”,and complete these questionnaires by parents.Depending on the result of CARS,patiens were divided into group,severe(42 cases)group and mild-moderate(53 cases)group.I used SPSS 22.0 analyze the datasets to explore the differences of early nurturing environment in children with ASD of different extents.Results:1.There was a statistical difference in the factor of "emotional warmth/environmental atmosphere" in the early parenting environment,between the severe and mild-moderate groups of ASD children(P<0.05).2.There was a statistical difference in the factors of "Social adaptation/self-care" in the early parenting environment between the severe and mild-moderate groups of ASD children(P<0.05).3.There was a statistical difference in the factor of " Language/cognition" in the early parenting environment between the severe and mild-moderate groups of ASD children(P<0.05).4.The factor of " Punishment/neglect" in the early parenting environment was nostatistical different between the severe and mild-moderate groups of ASD children(P>0.05).5.The factor of “First contact screen media time” differentiate between the severe and mild-moderate groups of ASD children was statistical significance(P=0.001),the score of CARS differentiate between “First contact screen media time<12”and“First contact screen media time?12”was statistical significance(P<0.05).6.The factor of “The time spend on screen media every day ” was no statistical difference between the severe and mild-moderate groups of ASD children(P>0.05).7.the factor of "the distribution of temperament type " was no statistical different between the severe and mild-moderate groups of ASD children(P>0.05),the factor of "Attention dispersion" differentiate between the severe and mild-moderate groups of ASD children was statistical significance(P <0.05),the factor of "Activity leve,rhythm,response threshold,avoidance,adaptability,response intensity,mood characteristics,persistence." were no statistical different between the severe and mild-moderate groups of ASD children(P>0.05).8.The factors of " Mode of production,Gender,Paternal age,Age,Gestational age,Birth weight,Maternal age,Family income,Father's degree,Mother's degree,Family type" were no statistical different between the severe and mild-moderate groups of ASD children(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.The degree of ASD is associated with early rearing environment,poor parenting environment of ASD children detection rate is high,the factors of "social adaptation/care" and "language/cognitive" in the poor parenting environment can aggravate the degree of ASD.2.The degree of ASD is associated with "the earliest contact screen media time",the group of "the earliest contact screen media time within one year old " CARS scoring was obviously higher than that after the age of one years old to contact screen media,prompt contact screen media environment within one year of age can aggravate the degree of ASD.3.The different degree of children with ASD temperament type distribution no difference between these two groups,but the factor of "attention dispersiondimension" differentiate between the severe and mild-moderate groups of ASD children was statistical significance.
