Study On The Clinical Evaluation Of The Treatment Of KOA Combined OP With Kidney Tongluo Of TCM

Objective:to improve the clinical effect of the treatment of KOA combined with the kidney.Methods:60 patients with the standard KOA combined OP were studied.The patients who were enrolled in the KOA combined OP patients from December 2016 to December 2017 in the affiliated Chinese medicine hospital of xinjiang medical university were selected to meet the criteria for admission to the hospital and randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group of 30 patients.(1)test group: the Chinese medicine was used to supplement the kidney toner,the glucosamine capsules,alendronate tablets and the external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.(2)control group:glucosamine capsule,alendronate tablet,TCM treatment.Before and after the treatment,Lysholm score,BMD,VAS score and TCM syndrome score were observed,and the results were analyzed.The data were analyzed and measured by t test,and the counting data was tested by x2.The data were processed with SPSSl7.0 software,with P value <O.05 is a sign of statistical significance.Results:there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups of lumbar BMD(P BBB 0.05).Compared with Lysholm scoring system,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparison of VAS scores in the two groups: the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparison of TCM syndrome scores in two groups: the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: first,the study proves that the kidney in t2 dm method in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis with primary osteoporosis curative effect is remarkable.Second,further demonstrates the correct "kidney advocate bone" theory and kidney in t2 dm with treatment.
