Research On The Renal Injury Of HIV And Its TCM Syndrome

Objective:Through renal damage in patients with HIV/AIDS situation do a cross-sectional survey,to understand the incidence of HIV related kidney injury and its clinical features,for HIV related to renal damage in patients with clinical diagnosis and treatment,and prevention and control to provide strong evidence,and prolong survival for patients with HIV infection,to improve the renal survival.And the research of TCM syndrome type is used to provide the basis of TCM treatment for the renal injury of HIV.Methods:Cross-sectional survey was carried out on HIV/AIDS patients,and the general information of patients and urea nitrogen,creatinine,cystatin c,?₂ microglobulin and CD₄ were collected.The investigation of TCM syndrome type of patients with HIV related renal injury.The collected data were processed and analyzed by SPSS22.0statistical software.Results:?1?The incidence of HIV related renal injury was 72.12%.?2?The abnormal rates of urea nitrogen,creatinine,cystatin c,and?₂ microglobulin were 15.63%,6.44%,60.86%and 78.76%,respectively,in 838 patients with HIV related renal injury.The positive rate of urinary protein test in 584 patients with renal injury was 44.35%.?3?There was no statistically significant difference between age and urea nitrogen,creatinine and?₂microglobulin by chi-square test,and the age was positively correlated with cystatin c.?4?There was no statistically significant difference between different course of disease,antiviral treatment and urea nitrogen,creatinine,cystatin c,and?₂ microglobulin.?5?The level of CD₄ was negatively correlated with urea nitrogen,cystatin c and?₂ microglobulin.?6?There are 100 cases of HIV/AIDS syndromes mainly distributed in lung and spleen,spleen deficiency syndrome,lung qi deficiency,and lung kidney deficiency syndrome.Conclusion:There is a high incidence of HIV related renal injury,and cystatin c and?₂ microglobulin can be used as early indicators of HIV related renal injury,and renal injury is related to age and CD4.
