Objective: To investigate the clinical characteristics and survival of ethnic HCC in Xinjiang Uygur,Han and Kazak ethnic groups. Methods: The clinical data of 1674 HCC patients treated in our hospital from January 2004 to December 2016 were retrospectively analyzed. The Kaplan-Meier method was used to calculate the survival rate.Log rank test was used to evaluate the prognosis of patients with HCC Univariate analysis of factors, using Cox multifactorial factors affecting the prognosis of patients with multivariate analysis.Follow-up by phone to understand the patient's survival, survival time and so on.Results: The median survival time of 1674 patients with primary liver cancer was 23 months. The 1-year cumulative survival rate was 57.6%,the 2-year cumulative survival rate was 46.0% and the 3-year cumulative survival rate was 35.4%.The 5-year cumulative survival rate was 24.8%.Univariate analysis found that patients in different ethnic groups, urban and rural areas, whether infected with hepatitis B,hepatitis C infection,AFP levels, tumor size, tumor staging, treatment, were related in prognosis of patients.Cox multivariate analysis found that the patient's ethnicity, urban and rural areas,AFP level, tumor size, tumor staging, treatment is the main independent prognostic factor in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma in our hospital, and the comprehensive treatment model is superior to single treatment. Conclusion: The clinical features of Uygur,Han and Kazak HCC patients in Xinjiang are different and have some regional characteristics. The patient's ethnicity, distribution area,AFP level, tumor size, tumor staging and treatment method are the independent prognostic factors that affect the survival time of HCC in our hospital.Tumor multidisciplinary consultation system and systematic standard treatment are the key to improve the prognosis of patients with liver cancer in our hospital.
