| Objectives: To observe the clinical effect of uterine fibroid decollement under laparoscope with intra-operative hemostasis,and then control the bleeding and blood pressure change.Methods: 60 patients received treatment in Gynecology Department of The Second Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University during September 2015-December 2016 were collected and randomly divided into two groups.Treatment group received injection on skin layer of myoma,including 6U of pituitrin and 10 mL of normal saline;the control group received injection on skin layer of myoma,including 20 U of ocytocin and 10 m L of normal saline.Considering the medication situations in two groups,the blood pressure variation and other situation were compared.Results: Compared with control group,the time of operation in treatment group reduced obviously [(98.13±5.07)min vs.(110.83±8.03)min,t=-7.324,P=0.000],the amount of bleeding during operation in treatment group reduced significantly [(67.5±10.24)mL vs.(97.83±16.1)m L,t=-8.705,P=0.000],the preoperative and postoperative hemoglobin in treatment group changed [(9.67±2.09)g/L vs.(11.53±2.21)g/L,t=-3.362,P=0.001],the postoperative intestinal exhaust time was obviously shortened in treatment group [(16.83±2.83)h vs.(20.8±1.95)h,t=-6.318,P=0.000],the systolic pressure in treatment increased 15 min after intra-operative medication,which was significantly higher than that in control group [(150.77±5.57)mm Hg vs.(142.03±5.21)mmHg,t=6.273,P=0.000],The difference in general information between two groups indicated that age P=0.252,myoma size P=0.064,the myoma quantity and positional difference was analyzed,P was higher than 0.05.Conclusion: The uterine fibroid decollement under laparoscope with intra-operative hemostasis by medicine will generate higher pituitrin,which is superior to others.However,it will cause temporary blood pressure elevation,so the clinical application shall combine with patient's illness state. |
