Objective:To explore whether coronary artery disease is different between cor onary heart disease patients with renal insufficiency and coronary heart disease pati ents with renal insufficiency, whether the change of calc ium and phosphorus produ ct level is related to the degree of coronary artery disease in patients with coronar y heart disease and renal insufficiency. In patients with coronary heart disease com plicated with renal insufficiency, high calcium and phosphorus product can be used as an independent risk factor for coronary artery disease. Methods:Into accord wit h standard of 97 patients with coronary heart disease with renal insufficiency(male74,female 23 cases)as a case group,at the same time into the merge r of renal insufficiency patients with coronary heart disease of 97 cases(male 81,female 16cases)as control group, two groups of patients in age, sex, body mass index no si gnificant statistical difference. The relationship between the difference of coro nary ar tery disease and the change of calcium and phosphorus product level and the degre e of coronary artery disease were analyzed by comparing the general data and cont rast of the two patients.Results:1.The mean calcium-phosphorus product levels wer e 34.48±6.45 mg~2/dl~2 and 30.81±5.41 mg~2/dl~2 respectively(P<0.001)?Gensini in tegral of two groups were 56.85±40.83 and 40.36±35.08 respectively.(P=0.003).2.Coronary artery disease combined with renal insufficiency, the number of coronary artery stenosis was 17.53%vs 24.74%vs.57.73%respectively.Coronary artery dise ase was not combined with renal insufficiency, and the number of coronary artery stenosis was 38.14%vs.29.90%vs.31.96%respectively.In the two groups,47.42%and 30.93%(P=0.019)were the patients with the Gensini integral?50.3.In p atients with coronary heart disease combined with renal insufficiency, the level of calcium-phosphorus product in the coronary artery disease was 30.53±5.02 mg~2/dl~2vs 32.58±6.25 mg~2/dl~2 vs 34.00±6.55 mg~2/dl~2(P=0.005).The level of calcium-p hosphorus product with Gensini integral<50 and the Gensini integral?50 was 30.41±4.77mg~2/dl~2 and 36.11±6.63 mg~2/dl~2(P<0.001).4.In patients with coronary he art disease with renal insufficiency.By single factor Logistic regression analysis,it was found that age,Scr,e GFR,calcium-phosphorus product(O R:1.422,95%CI:1.225–1.651)and the degree of coronary disease(Gensini integral?50)had significa nt correlation(P<0.05).Conclusions:Compared with patients with coronary heart di sease without insufficiency of renal function, coronary heart disease combined with renal insufficiency patients had more severe coronary artery disease and more pati ents with three lesions. In patients with coronary heart disease complicated wit h ren al insufficiency,calcium-phosphorus product is related to the degree of coronary art ery disease, and calcium-phosphorus product may be a risk factor for coronary he art disease.
