Objective:To explore the effect of the time of labor course on neonatal outcomes ?Methods:Selection on October 1,2016 to January 31,2017 in the first clinical medical college of xinjiang medical university and parturient singletons, term and cephalic presentation primipara and natural birth,no pregnancy complications and complications.By ending divided into normal newborn group 149 cases, adverse outcomes of 51 cases, compare the two groups of general data, related factors and labor index is analyzed, such as using multiariable Logistic regression analysis the influence factors of labor time limit for neonatal outcome.Results:1.There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups of childbearing age, gestational age,pregnancy,birth,pre-pregnancy BMI,and prenatal BMI.2.There were statistically significant differences between amniotic fluid III and neonatal adverse outcomes(P < 0.05),and no statistical significance was found in neonatal sex, body mass and umbilical cord around the neck.3.The period of new labor activity decreased the adverse outcome of the newborn.4.The longer the second stage of labor, the longer the fetal head is exposed to the fetus, the higher the incidence of adverse outcomes.5.Neonatal Apgar score was negatively correlated with the adverse outcomes of neonates.Logistic regression analysis showed that the active period of the new labor stage of amniotic fluid III°,the second stage of labor time, and the fetal head release time to the fetus were the risk factors for neonatal outcome. Conclusion:The duration of the new labor, the second time of labor, the time of the embryo transfer and the delivery time of the fetus affect the adverse outcomes of the newborn, and the progress of the labor process should be closely watched in the clinic.
