Objective:To research the Influencing factors of the postoperative mortality about the intertrochanteric fracture of femur.Methods:275 intertrochanteric fracture patients from April 2012 to April 2016 had been retrospectively analyzed, man 142 cases,women133cases;left 135 cases, right 140 cases;age from 65 ~ 97 years, average year(76.3±6.87)years.Using artificial hip replacement in 100 cases,175 cases of internal fixation.Fracture according to Evans classification: ?type 35 cases,? type 82 cases,90 cases of type ?,? type 43 cases,? type 25 cases.According to fracture AO classification can be divided into the stable and unstable fracture,117 cases of stable fractures, unstable fractures in 158 cases.Patients with preoperative health, coexist without chronic medical disease or one kind of chronic medical complications in 144cases;There are two chronic medical complications in 88 cases; There are three or more chronic medical disease 43 patients.Among them, the hospitalization occurred in 48 patients with lung infection.Observe the factors of the patent‘s social condition and medical condition to the influence of mortality.Their 1-year mortality and causes were documented.Logistic Regression was used to analyze the risk factors associated with their1-year mortality.Results:275 patients were followed up for 3-48 months,3 months cumulative mortality was 8.00%(22/275);6 months cumulative mortality was 9.82%(27/275);1 year accumulative total mortality was 15.64%(43/275).,according to theresults of single factor analysis were associated with mortality risk factors including age, gender, time between fracture and surgery, number of comorbidities,ASA scores, pulmonary infection, activity before injured.Multi-factor analysis showed that number of comorbidities,Pulmonary infection, activity before injured is affected in elderly patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture independent risk factors for postoperative mortality recently. Conclusion:Postoperative mortality rate is high in elderly patients with femoral intertrochanteric fractures, the recent related with many factors, including number of comorbidities,Pulmonary infection, activity before injured is effect in elderly patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture independent risk factors for postoperative mortality recently.
