| Objective: To compare InterTan and proximal femoral nail antirotation(PFNA)in the treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fracture in terms of their effects on postoperative hidden blood loss(HBL).Methods: We retrospectively analyzed the 80 patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture who had been treated in our hospital from October 2015 to October 2017.Of them 40 received InterTan treatment, including 20 males and 20 females;40 had PFNA treatment, including 19 males and 21 females. At preoperation,1,3 and 7 days postoperation, all of them had tests of hemoglobin(Hb),hematocrit value(Hct). Results: The operative time, intraoperation blood loss and postoperative hidden blood loss were less in PFNA group than those in InterTan group(P<0.05),there was no significant difference between the two group in the incision length. Conclusion: PFNA and InterTan system are designed reasonably, with its own advantages repectively.PFNA has simple operation, shorter operative time,InterTan has anti-rotation stability and stump pressure effects. |
