The Analysis Of Correlation Factors Of Lower Limbs Deep Venous Thrombosis After Laparoscopic Colorectal Cancer Surgery

Objective: to study the laparoscopic colorectal cancer surgery in lower extremity deep vein thrombosis(DVT)of the risk factors and pathogenesis.Methods: our hospital between January 2014 and June 2017 were 32 cases of laparoscopic colorectal cancer surgery patients with DVT occurs in the 2 w,and the comparison in the same period 84 cases of laparoscopic colorectal cancer patients with posto perative DVT not occurring for comparative analysis,to explore the high risk factors of laparoscopic colorectal cancer postoperative DVT.Results: laparoscopic color ectal cancer of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis occurred after reason and TNM staging,operation time,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative fasting time water,time lying in bed,there is a close relationship between preoperative complications.Conclusion: preoperative preparation,surgical operation skilled,perioperative risk assessment of DVT,and effective clinical intervention,and can effectively prevent the formation of postoperative DVT,aims to promote the patients' rapid recovery.
