The outpatient visits are grown continuously since the medical care increasing demand from people,the expectation for the hospital environment is also grown accordingly.The hospital A is a large and comprehensive hospital,in order to fully meet the people's demand for public hospital high level medical service,hospital A plan to build the outpatient building,and got the approval from the administrative department for outpatient building project of hospital A,since the project procurement include many category,time is urgency,procurement procedures is complex,need to study the purchasing management of the project.urgently.This article is focus on outpatient building project of hospital A,analysis the problems in hospital procurement projects.On this basis,identify the key links of project procurement process,propose the procurement methods based on project procurement classification,including open tendering procurement,bidding procurement invitation,competitive negotiations procurement and inquiry and so on.Then,propose the procurement scheme,vendor management,project schedule control and project procurement acceptance strategy.Last,around the procurement management of the medical facilities,using expert consultation,analysis and validated the management and effectiveness of the project and conducted the performance evaluations,provide the targeted improvement measure for the project.Through the research on purchasing management and performance evaluation of A hospital,explore the purchasing performance evaluation methods,to promote the reasonable resource allocation and get the scientific method for project management in hospital purchase projects.
