| Objective To analyze the correlation between the expression of Zinc Finger protein 217(ZNF 217)in postoperative tissues of non-small Cell Lung Cancer(NSCLC)and its clinicopathological features and prognosis..Methods:To collect the samples of non-small cell lung cancer tissues from January 2010 to January 2012 in chongqing three gorges central hospital.The expression of ZNF 217 in tumor tissues was detected by immunohistochemistry.The correlation between the expression of ZNF 217 and the clinicopathological features of patients was analyzed by chi-square test.Collection of patients with clinical data and follow-up results at the same time,the Kaplan-Meier single factor analysis and multifactor Cox regression model analysis,discusses the influencing factors of NSCLC radical surgery efficacy,provides the choice basis for the postoperative treatment of NSCLC cured.Results:A total of 85 patients were followed up to January 2017,including 80 cases of lobectomy and 5 cases of unilateral total pneumonectomy.There were 17 cases of pure surgery,68 postoperative chemotherapy and 5 postoperative radiotherapy.The median follow-up time was 6 to 78 months,and the median follow-up time was 50.6 months.The survival rate was 89.4%,67.1% and 43.5%,respectively,and the median survival time was 53 months.The unprogression-free survival rate in the whole group was 87.1%,62.4%,36.5%,and the median survival time was 49 months.ZNF 217 is mainly expressed in the nucleus of non-small cell lung cancer.Among the 85 samples,47 were positive in ZNF217 and 38 were negative,while the positive expression rate was 55.2%.ZNF 217 T of expression and tumor staging(χ2 = 21.308,P = 21.308),and N staging(χ2=4.892,P = 4.892),and TNM staging(χ2 = 16.815,P = 16.815)were positively correlated,and other clinical pathological characteristics(age,gender,physical status,smoking,histopathologic type)had no significant correlation.Kaplan and Meier,according to the results of single factor analysis of the expression of ZNF217(χ2 = 7.770,P = 7.770),tumor T staging(χ2= 8.743,P = 0.013,N staging(χ2= 7.033,P = 7.033),and TNM staging(χ2 = 6.071,P = 6.071)and patients with postoperative 1 year,3 years,5 years survival rate showed a negative correlation;Cox regression model multivariate analysis showed that ZNF 217 was an independent predictor of postoperative prognosis of non-small cell lung cancer.There was no significant correlation between ZNF217 expression and chemotherapy toxicity(P<0.05).Conclusion:The expression rate of ZNF217 in NSCLC is positively correlated with T stage,N stage and TNM stage,with negative correlation with 1,3 and 5-year survival rate.ZNF217 is an independent factor that affects the prognosis of NSCLC and may be a potential target for accurate treatment of NSCLC. |
