Clinical Research On The Treatment Of Postherpetic Neuralgia By Acupoint Application Of Xuan Bai Bing San And Electroacupuncture At Jiaji Point

Objectives:To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of Xuan Bai Bing San acupoint application combined with electroacupuncture Jiaji acupoint therapy for the treatment of qi stagnation and blood stasis type Postherpetic Neuralgia(PHN),and to provide effective ways and ideas for the later clinical treatment of qi stagnation and blood stasis type PHN.Methods:The case data of this study came from the patients in the Wuhan No.1 Hospital during the period from June 2016 to October 2017.After strict screening,60 patients with PHN diagnostic criteria and eatment according to syndrome differentiatio of qi stagnation and blood stasis were included in the study.According to the random number table method,the patients were randomly divided into acupoint application plus electro acupuncture Jiaji point group(group A)and electro acupuncture Jiaji point group(group B),30 cases in each group.To observe the clinical effect of Xuan Bai Bing San acupoint application combined with electroacupuncture Jiaji Point Therapy on PHN,and to evaluate the comprehensive effect,VAS score,analgesic effect,pain start remission time and HAMD score of the two groups before and after the treatment.Results:1.The comprehensive curative effect comparison.Group A: 16 cases were cured,6 cases were markedly effective,4 cases were effective and 4 cases were invalid.The total effective rate was 86.7%.Group B: 8 cases were cured,8 cases were markedly effective,6 cases were effective,8 cases were invalid and total effective rate was 73.3%.The results showed that A group had better effect than B group in comprehensive curative effect.(P < 0.05)2.The difference of VAS score before treatment in the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05);The difference between the two groups before and after treatment was statistically significant(P < 0.05),prompting that the scores of the two groups were improved after the treatment and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Compared with the B group(P < 0.05),prompting that the A group was superior to the B group in VAS score.3.Comparing the two groups,the analgesic effect and pain start remission time of group A were better than those of group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.The difference of HAMD score before treatment in the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05);The difference between the two groups before and after treatment was statistically significant(P < 0.05),prompting that the HAMD score of the two groups were improved after treatment and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Compared with the B group(P < 0.05),prompting that the A group was superior to the B group in HAMD score.5.Safety evaluation: two groups of patients had no obvious adverse reactions in the treatment process,which indicated that Xuan Bai Bing San acupoint application combined with electroacupuncture Jiaji acupoint therapy was safer in the treatment of qi stagnation and blood stasis type PHN.Conclusions:Acupoint application combined with electroacupuncture Jiaji group and electroacupuncture Jiaji acupoint group have a definite clinical effect on the treatment of qi stagnation and blood stasis type PHN,but acupoint application and electroacupuncture Jiaji acupoint group are superior to electroacupuncture Jiaji group in improving pain degree,shortening pain relief time and improving depression state.It shows that Xuan Bai Bing San acupoint application combined with electroacupuncture Jiaji acupoint and encircling needling acupoint not only has the advantages of improving the significant analgesic effect and ameliorating depressive state,but also has the effectiveness and safety.It can obviously relieve the neuropathic pain of PHN patients with qi stagnation and blood stasis,and worth of clinical application.
