| Objective:On the basis of previous studies,we observed whether An Shen Fu Bi Decoction has stable and repeatable effects on psoriasis vulgaris.At the same time,it observes the regulatory effect of this side on the patient's anxiety and further explores An Shen Fu Bi Decoction with different anxiety.Emotional psoriasis patients with or without differences in efficacy,aims to TCM concept and modern medical model as a guide to patient-centered guidance An Shen Fu Bi Decoction in clinical applications,and strive to develop personalized for psoriasis patients The plan improves clinical efficacy and patient quality of life.Methods:109 cases of psoriasis vulgaris patients meeting the conditions of this study were divided into two groups according to the principle of randomization(treatment group and control group).The control group was given compound clobetasol propionate cream for external use,and the treatment group was given Oral An Shen Fu Bi Decoction on the basis of this.Every 4 weeks,the psoriasis area and severity index and the anxiety self-rating scale produced by Zung were used to evaluate the efficacy and anxiety of the patient's rash.A total of 12 weeks were observed,and the PASI and SAS were statistically analyzed before and after treatment.According to the criteria of SAS at the time of enrollment: no anxiety: <50 points,mild anxiety: 50-59 points,moderate anxiety: 60-69 points,and severe anxiety:>69 points,Treatment group data were stratified.Results:After 12 weeks of observation,statistics were compared between the two groups of data.The results showed that: 1.The effective rate(80%)in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(73.07%)and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);anxiety was associated with the treatment group.The group markedly effective rate(87.5%)was higher than that of the anxious group(60%)(P<0.05);the significant anxiety group(90.90%)was higher than the moderate anxiety group(83.33%)(P<0.05).2.There was a significant difference in SAS standard scores before and after treatment between the two groups(P<0.05).The decrease in SAS standard scores(22.00±9.18)was higher in the treatment group than in the control group(17.77±10.91)(P<0.05).The decrease in SAS score(27.58±6.37)was significantly higher in patients with anxiety than in patients without anxiety(7.13± 4.55)(P< 0.05).The decrease in SAS standard scores in the moderate anxiety group(33.11±3.92)was lower than that in the mild group(23.05±3.88)High(P<0.05).3.No serious adverse reactions occurred during the treatment and follow-up.Conclusion: An Shen Fu Bi Decoction can effectively treat psoriasis vulgaris of the ordinary type,and has the characteristics of good curative effect,good safety,and less adverse reactions;An Shen Fu Bi Decoction can better relieve anxiety of patients,and it is more effective for patients with moderate anxiety.The patient's mood and curative effect is better;An Shen Fu Bi Decoction can better relieve the patient's anxiety,and it has a more significant effect on patients with mild anxiety.An shen Fu Bi Decoction combined with psychological intervention can more effectively reduce the tension and anxiety of patients than western medicine combined with psychological therapy,may help to improve the treatment of psoriasis,prevent exacerbations and reduce its recurrence.According to the severity and psychological status of patients with psoriasis,combined with the medical characteristics of the motherland combined with psychological intervention,to develop individualized treatment plans for patients,can better manage patients,thereby improving the efficacy and quality of life of patients.Western medicine combines the treatment of psoriasis with bad mood to provide better and more suitable choices,so-called personal adjustment. |
