Objective:To investigate the short-term effects of prophylactic bilateral salpingectomy on the function of ovary by comparing the preoperative and postoperative anti-müllerian hormone levels of simply total hysterectomy and total hysterectomy with simultaneous removal of bilateral fallopian tubes. Methods:From January 2016 to November 2017,a total of 46 cases of perimenopausal patients with uterine fibroids in the department of gynecology of the affiliated people's hospital of Hu Bei university for nationalities were selected.21 patients with bilateral fallopian tubes were treated as experimental group, requires a total of 25 patients with total hysterectomy alone(control group). Both were performed laparoscopically. The AMH levels were detected by 3-5ml of venous blood using enzyme-linked immuno sorbent assay(ELISA)in the serum preoperative and postoperative 3 month. And collect general information on both, intraoperative and postoperative conditions. Then collect and collate data to analyze the results and draw conclusions. Results:There was no statistically significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in general information, intraoperative and postoperative conditions(P>0.05).Preoperative and postoperative AMH in the experimental group were 0.5012 plus or minus 0.06704 ng/ml,0.2376 plus or minus0.07099ng/ml,and there was a clear difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Preoperative and postoperative AMH concentrations in the control group were 0.5012 plus or minus0.06704 ng/ml,0.2248 plus or minus0.08211 ng/ml,and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Preoperative and postoperative AMH was performed in the experimental group and the control group were no significant difference. Conclusion:Total hysterectomy had a clear effect on post-op ovarian function. However, simultaneous excision of bilateral tubal at the same time did not result in the aggravation of short-term ovarian function injury.
