Effect Of Jiedu Huayu Decoction On The Inflammatory Reaction After Internal Fixation Of Tibial Plateau Fracture

Objective:To observe the effect of Jiedu Huayu Decoction on inflammatory reaction of tibial plateau fracture after internal fixation..Methods:The study enrolled 60 patients 60 patients who were admitted to the Department of orthopedics in our hospital were selected for the open reduction and internal fixation of tibial plateau fractures between December 2016 and December 2017,which were divided into the control group and the experimental group.And the control group was treated with routine anti infection,pain relieving swelling,rehydration support,aseptic change,functional exercise and symptomatic treatment.The experimental group was treated with detoxification Huayu Decoction(1 doses daily,even 7 days)on the basis of the control group.Comparing the number of serum white blood cells(WBC),C reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6),knee joint swelling,and observe the healing of the incision,knee joint VAS pain score in the two groups before the operation and first,third,seventh days after the operation.Make a statistical analysis and draw a conclusion.Result:1.There is no statistical difference in general data(P>0.05).2.Laboratory indexes:Comparing between the control group and the experimental group:there was no significant difference in WBC,CRP and IL-6 between first days before operation and first days after operation(P>0.05).There was a significant difference in WBC,CRP and IL-6 between the two groups third,seventh days after operation(P<0.05).Comparison in group:compared with first days after operation,there were statistical differences between WBC,CRP and IL-6 after third days(P<0.05).Compared with third days after operation,there were statistically significant differences in WBC,CRP and IL-6(P<0.05)on the seventh day after the operation.3.Clinical indexes:Comparing between the control group and the experimental group,there was no statistical difference between the knee joint swelling and the VAS pain score of the knee joint at the first day before and first days after the operation(P>0.05).On the third,seventh day after operation,there was a statistically significant difference in knee joint swelling and VAS pain scores between the two groups(P<0.05).Comparison in group:compared with first days after operation,there was a statistically significant difference in knee joint swelling and VAS pain score on third days after operation(P<0.05).Compared with third days after operation,there were statistical differences in knee joint swelling and VAS pain score of knee joint on the seventh day after operation(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in incision healing between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Jiedu Huayu Decoction can reduce inflammatory reaction after internal fixation of tibial plateau fracture,and has good effect on pain and swelling caused by inflammation.
