Objective:To organize statistics on ancient literature and drugs related to gastroesophageal reflux disease and cough,analyze drug laws,and discuss the ideas of treatment and treatment of the disease in ancient China.By summing up Professor Sun Zhiguang's clinical treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease related cough medications,the clinical experience of mentoring the tumour in treating the disease.Methods:1.Ancient literature research:A compound search was conducted on the fifth edition of the Chinese version of the Chinese Medical Dictionary,which was related to phrases related to cough and phrases related to reflux symptoms.Traditional Chinese medicines involving two related symptoms were obtained,and the frequency of drug use for commonly used drugs was established.,Sexuality,and classification belong to statistics and analysis.2.The tutor's treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease-related cough related to the effective diagnosis of the first outpatients into the scope of the study,the frequency of statistics on the use of instructors,according to the statistical results of drug experience induction.Results:1.Through the study of ancient literature,the 195 tastes of traditional Chinese medicine related to the treatment of the disease were counted,with a frequency of 1,454 times,and a total of 18 tastes with a frequency of more than 10%were found,and the total frequency was 779 times.A statistical analysis of the 18 taste drugs with frequency of more than 10%found that these drugs mainly enter the spleen,followed by the stomach and lung.Most of the taste is bitter,pungent and cold.The modern classification methods of traditional Chinese medicine are mostly deficiency medicines,followed by heat medicine and Qi medicine.2.The part of the doctor's medication law exploration section found that through the statistical analysis of 100 medical cases,it was found that tutors treated the disease involving a total of 113 Chinese herbs,with a total frequency of 1573 times,and a frequency of more than 10%of Chinese herbs totaling 27 flavors,with a frequency of 1266.Statistical analysis of the 27 taste drugs with frequency greater than 10%found that these drugs are mainly responsible for the spleen,followed by the stomach,liver and lungs,and the taste is mostly bitter,pungent,sweet and cold.The heat-clearing drugs were the most frequent categories of Chinese medicines,followed by tonics and qi medicines.Conclusion:1.The ancient literature within the scope of the study shows that ancient physicians often used the methods of Qi-invigorating,spleen-clearing,clearing away heat,qi,phlegm and coughing when treating the disease.2.A summary of the drug use law of the advisor found that the advisor used drugs such as Qi-invigorating and spleen-invigorating,heat-reduction and anti-reversal as the method,and used cough and phlegm symptoms in combination with experience in the use of drugs such as Zelkova,gold quinoa,etc.,and in some cases accompanied by blood stasis syndrome and dampness syndrome.The clinical addition and subtraction with the card.
