The Expression Of ADAM17,HER-2 And VEGF In Colorectal Cancer And Their Clinical Significance

ObjectiveTo explore the expression of a disintegrin and metalloproteinasell17(ADAM17)human epidermal growth factor receptor 2(HER-2)and vascularendothelial growth factor(VEGF)in colorectal cancer and Found that the correlation between them.MethodsImmunohistochemical ADAM17,HER-2and VEGF protein was detected in41 cases with colorectal carcinoma,and 41 cases of adjacent normal tissue as control,Observe its expression level and analyze the relationship with the clinical pathological features.ResultsThe results of immunohistochemistry showed that the positive rates of ADAM17,HER-2 and VEGF in colorectal cancer tissues were significantly higher than those in paracancerous tissues(P <0.05).The results of Western Blot showed that the protein expression of cancer tissues was higher than that of adjacent tissues 5cm intestinal mucosa(P <0.05).The expression of ADAM17,HER-2 and VEGF were correlated with lymph node metastasis and clinical stage(P <0.05).The expression of VEGF was also correlated with the depth of tumor invasion.There was a correlation between the three factors.ConclusionsThe expression of ADAM17,HER-2 and VEGF in cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in paracancerous tissues.The expression levels of ADAM17,HER-2 and VEGF were correlated with TNM staging and lymph node metastasis.VEGF was still associated with the depth of invasion,suggesting that the three may be involved in tumor metastasis and invasion.There was a positive correlation between ADAM17 and VEGF,HER-2 and VEGF,but no correlation between ADAM17 and HER-2,suggesting that ADAM17 and HER-2may promote VEGF expression through different pathways.
