| [Objective]Starting from Professor Guo’s latest outpatient in the past five years record on Yang strengthening and kidney essence supplementation of the postoperative of carcinomatosis,using modern computer as a tool to analyze data through Microsoft Office software,explored the clinical features,application scope and medication law of the tutor using Yang strengthening and kidney essence supplementation in the postoperative of carcinomatosis,and to provide new clinical ideas for treating postoperative complications,radiotherapy and chemotherapy side effects and preventing recurrence and metastasis of cancer.[Method]By following the instructions of the instructor,reading a lot of classic literature to understand the theoretical knowledge of carcinomatosis,a total of 74 cases,548 medical records were collected from December 2012 to September 2017 after treatment with Yang strengthening and kidney essence supplementation method for the postoperative of carcinomatosis.According to the uniform inclusion and exclusion criteria,using Medcase V3.2 warehouse public health system for statistical analysis,investigated clinical features,pulse patterns,etiology and pathogenesis,drug composition frequency distribution,and data results were concluded,analyzed and summarized.[Result]In the 74 cases,548 medical records,53 cases were female,accounting for 72%,and 21 cases were male,accounting for 28%.Female patients were significantly more than male.The patients were distributed in all age groups.Maximum age was 74 years old,minimum age was 2 years old.The age groups with frequency of more than 20%were 40-49(22.97%),50-59(29.73%)and 60-69(25.68%)respectively,of which 50-59 the largest number of age groups.A total of 17 kinds of diseases occurred,involving a wide range of cancer species,the most frequent postoperative was breast cancer(28.38%),followed by postoperative intestinal cancer(14.86%),postoperative thyroid cancer(12.16%).50 kinds of clinical symptoms,the cumulative frequency of symptoms of 1642 times,the most repeated were fatigue weakness(31.2%),poor sleep soundly(27.55%),hyperhidrosis(18.43%),afraid of the cold(16.97%),loose stool(13.14%).Among the 18 tongue pictures,there were 11 tongue pictures with frequency more than 30 times.The top five were pink tongue(45.07%),thin white tongue coating(36.68%),white greasy fur(32.66%),dark red tongue(24.45%),tooth edge printing(16.97%).16 kinds of pulse conditions were recorded,those with frequency greater than 50 were thready pulse(40.88%),tense pulse(37.23%),deep pulse(27.19%),slippery pulse(25.36%),ulnar pulse asthenia(22.45%),feeble pulse(17.34%),weak pulse(16.61%),deficiency pulse frequency 719 times,significantly higher than the full pulse.There were 20 kinds of pathogenesis in 548 records,among which,the incidence of Yang deficiency and essence scarcity was the highest,reaching 308 times(56.20%),followed by obstruction of qi activities(53.28%),both simultaneously appearing as high as 53.3%,higher than other pathogenesis.58 medicines were prescribed,the highest frequency of the ten drugs were Baked licorice(99.82%),Barrenwort(97.26%),Zhifupian(96.17%),Atractylodes macrocephala(96.17%),Villous amomum fruit(93.61%),Radix Astragali(92.88%),Morinda officinalis(79.38%),Dodder(75.55%),Lanceolata(71.17%),Ginger(62.41%).Among them ginger(62.41%),dried ginger(21.17%),simmer ginger(13.14%)and roasted ginger(2.19%)have a frequency of 98.90%.Induction of the use of high frequency of drugs for the Yang strengthening and kidney essence supplementation method of the main components.[Conclusion]On the medical record research data,preliminary conclusions can be drawn as follows:1 Yang strengthening and kidney essence supplementation method of the postoperative of carcinomatosis in patients with breast cancer in the elderly mostly.2 Applicable to the Yang strengthening and kidney essence supplementation method of the postoperative of carcinomatosis,the common clinical manifestations are fatigue weakness,poor sleep soundly,hyperhidrosis,afraid of the cold,loose stool;pink or dark red tongue,thin white or greasy fur,tooth edge printing;thready pulse,tense pulse,feeble pulse,ulnar pulse asthenia and so on.3 Yang strengthening and kidney essence supplementation method of the postoperative of carcinomatosis is the main pathogenesis of Yang deficiency and essence scarcity.4 Adopting the method of Yang strengthening and kidney essence supplementation,the teacher uses the Sini Decoction as the basis and adds and subtracts the Sijunzi and Lizhongwan.The main prescriptions consist of:Zhifupian、Ginger(ginger、dried ginger、simmer ginger、roasted ginger)、Baked licorice、Radix Astragali、Ginseng(Lanceolata、White ginseng)、Atractylodes macrocephala、Villous amomum fruit、Barrenwort、Morinda officinalis、Dodder.Pay equal attention to innateness and postnatal,strengthening yang as important as supplementing kidney essence. |
