The Clinical Research Of Gu Ben Ke Chuan Prescription In The Prevention And Treatment Of Stable COPD

Objective:To observe the effect of Gu ben ke chuan prescription on the patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary stability,within TCM syndromes,dyspnea index,acute exacerbation,activity tolerance and lung function,to evaluate the clinical effect of Gu Ben Ke Chuan prescription.The ultimate goal is to find a safe and effective prescription for prevention and treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with TCM characteristics and advantages,and to lay a foundation for early clinical intervention of this disease.Method:200 patients with stable COPD who accord with inclusion criteria are arerandomly divided into Gu ben ke chuan prescription group and Western medicine group and Gu ben ke chuan decotion is with 1 agents daily and 3 months as a course,and 2 treatments were observed.The two groups of TCM syndromes,acute exacerbation,pulmonary function,mMRC and six minute walking distance were observed and recorded in two observation nodes before and after treatment.Through the professional statistical analysis,to comprehensievly evaluate the clinical effect of Gu ben ke chuan prescription.Results:1.The influence of Gu ben ke chuan prescription on TCM syndromes:Gu ben ke chuan decotion can effectively improve the cough,sputum,wheezing,chest tightness,shortness of breath,fatigue,easy sweating,less food,chills,and so on.Compared with the comparison of symptoms improvement in two groups after treatment,in sputum,wheezing,chest tightness,shortness of breath,easy to sweat,the combination of Gu ben ke chuan prescription is superior to Western medicine control group,both of which have significant difference(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the treatment group has significant difference(P<0.01).2.The influence of Gu ben ke chuan decotion on six minute walking distance:After treatment,the walking distance increased significantly(P<0.01),while the control group decreased significantly(P<0.01).3.The influence of on Dyspnea Index(mMRC):Before and after the treatment of the same group,the dyspnea score of Gu ben ke chuan decotion decreased significantly(P<0.01)and the control group increased significantly(P<0.01).4.The influence of Gu ben ke chuan decotion on exacerbation:After treatment,the number of acute exacerbation of treatment group decreased significantly(P<0.01)and the control group increased significantly(P<0.01).5.The effect of consolidating cough and asthma on pulmonary functionBefore and after treatment in Group,the FVC%,FEV1%and FEV1/FVC increased(P<0.01)and the control group decreased(P<0.01).6.The effect of Gu ben ke chuan decotion on the function of small airway:The small airway function indexs,PEF%,FEF25%,FEF50%,FEF75%,MMEF75/25%,of treatment group after treatment,improve in varying degrees,which has significant differences(P<0.05 or P<0.01).But the control group's small airway function indexs decline in varying degrees,among them FEF25%,FEF50%declining obviously(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Gu ben ke chuan decoti on can improve the clinical symptom,increase the exercise tolerance,reduce the respiratory difficulty index and improve the lung function,especially the small airway function..2.Gu ben ke chuan decotion is good for the prevention and treatment of COPD and is worthy of clinical application.
