ObjectiveThe NIHSS scores of the two groups after treatment were compared to observe the clinical efficacy of ozone in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Plasma endothelin 1,triglyceride,total cholesterol and fasting blood glucose were measured before and after treatment in two groups of patients,and the possible mechanism of ozone treatment for acute cerebral infarction was explored.MethodsSixty patients with clinical diagnosis of acute cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital in 2017 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,30 cases in each group.Both groups were given cinepazide maleate injection and Ozagrel Sodium Injection.On the basis of this,the experimental group was given ozone therapy.,On the Ist,3rd and 10th day of treatment,NIHSS scores of two groups were respectively evaluated,Plasma ET-1,triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC)and fasting blood glucose(FBG)were measured on the first day and the last day of treatment.ResultsBefore treatment,the NIHSS scores of the experimental group and the control group had no significant difference,P>0.05,On the 3rd and 10th day of treatment,the NIHSS scores in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant,P<0.01;The levels of ET-1,TG.TC and FBG in the experimental group before and after treatment were significantly different,P<0.01,While there was no significant difference in the control group,P>0.05;There was no significant difference in plasma endothelin-1(ET-1),triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC)and fasting blood glucose(FBG)levels between the experimental group and the control group,P>0.05;After treatment,,the difference was statistically significant,P<0.01.ConclusionsOzone can significantly reduce the patient's NIHSS score,and can effectively promote the recovery of patients' neurological function,probably by reducing plasma endothelin-1(ET-1),triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),and fasting blood glucose(FBG)content,to improve the basic situation of the blood vessels in the infarct area,promote the recovery of endothelial function,help patients recover,and thus play a role in the treatment of cerebral infarction.
