ObjectiveIn this study,patients with maxillary sinus hoisting with PRF Platelet-rich fibrin(PRF)used as the sole material of autotransplantation of the patient's maxillary sinus elevation and simple maxillary sinus elevation were examined for regular clinical examination and imaging,to evaluate the clinical effects of PRF in the maxillary sinus surgery.The application provides the theoretical basis.MethodsIn this study,we selected the dental implant Department of Zhengzhou University from September 2015 to September 2016,the single missing of the maxillary posterior teeth and the deficiency of the residual alveolar bone in the maxillary sinus,and 20 people who need to ascend the maxillary sinus,the age range is 35-61 years,the average age(49.7 + 10.2)years old.Before the operation,the maxillary sinus which is measured by CBCT is taken to measure the maxillary sinus.Residual alveolar height(residual bone high,RBH),4mm<RBH ?6mm,maxillary sinus disease and maxillary sinus septum.Routine oral examination and blood routine examination were performed before the operation.All patients had no systemic diseases and infectious diseases.The treatment of the maxillary sinus lifting treatment was explained to the patients and the informed consent of the operation was signed.10 patients were treated with autologous blood through centrifuge PRF as the transplantation material for maxillary sinus lifting(group A),and 10 implants were implanted in the same period;the other 10 patients did not transplant any material in maxillary sinus surgery,and 10(group B)were implanted in the same period.The implants of all the patients were Bicon implants.The postoperative complications and the implant retention rate were observed.The surface tomography was taken on the day after the operation and 12 months after the operation.The mesial bone height(MBH)and the distal middle bone height(distal bone height,DBH)were measured with the known implant length.The data were made with SPSS17.0 software.In the two groups,the data of the two groups were all described with mean standard deviation.The homologous samples were tested for the proximal and distal bone height in the same group after operation and 12 months after the operation.The changes of the proximal and distal bone height of the implants after the operation and 12 months after the operation were examined by independent samples with the t test.The difference of P < 0.05 was statistically significant.Learning significance.Results1 None of the patients had complications related to maxillary sinus enhancement(maxillary sinus mucosa perforation,maxillary sinus infection,intraoperative hemorrhage,wound opening,implant complete access to maxillary sinus,etc.)2 It was found that that complete repair of zirconia complete porcelain was completed by 31 implant in the follow-up period,the implant retention rate was 100 %,and the load was loaded for 12 month.3 The bone stability around the implant was good.There was a significant difference between the data of the A group and the distance of the crest of the middle and distal sinus after 12 months of operation.There were new bone formation around the implant,the height of the bone increased,the height of the proximal bone increased(2.32±0.30)mm and the height of the distal middle bone increased(2.27±0.24)mm after 12 months of operation.There was a bone wrapping at the end of the implant;there was a significant difference between the data of the B group and the 12 months after the operation to measure the crest distance between the proximal and distal sinus.There were new bone formation around the implant.The height of the proximal bone increased(1.01 ± 0.35)mm and the height of the implant was increased(1.01±0.35)mm after 12 months of operation.The difference of bone height between the two groups was statistically significant when paired with t test.ConclusionsThe use of autologous blood in the maxillary sinus ascension is the only transplant material,which can meet the basic requirements of the maxillary sinus elevation for the bone formation around the implant.There are fewer complications after the operation in the maxillary sinus,and the cumulative retention rate of the implant is high.The elevation of the maxillary sinus in the maxillary sinus with PRF as the only transplant material was compared with that in the maxillary sinus that did not implant any graft material.The former increased more bone height around the 12 months after the operation than the latter.This is consistent with the reported results of PRF in promoting new bone formation.
