| Objective:The three-dimensional finite element geometric modeling method was used to establish the accurate model of the soft tissue around the distal radius.It was to explore the feasibility of establishing an accurate model of soft tissue around the distal radius based on CT and MRI image data.It was to provide a reliable model reference for the final assessment of the finite element analysis of the whole structure and multi tissue of the distal radius which is treated by the intelligent air bag of small splint.Methods:A neutral adult CT scan and MRI plain scan data of a healthy adult man were collected in this study and modeled by Mimics 17 and Geomagic Studio 2015 three-dimensional finite element modeling software.The model was based on the practical anatomy map compiled by Gao Shiliaxn to build an accurate model of the soft tissue around the distal radius.The model included the precise organization of the muscles,tendons,arteries,veins and nerves around the distal radius.The anatomical truth degree and similarity degree of the models were evaluated.Results:A complete structure accurate model of the soft tissue around the distal radius was successfully obtained.Compared with the CT,MRI and anatomic maps,the accurate model of the soft tissue around the distal radius was an integral model and it conformed the anatomical characteristics.The imaging of muscle,blood vessel and nerve tissue were clear and the distinction was good.The model has a high degree of authenticity and similarity.It was feasible to establish a complete accurate model of soft tissue around the distal radius based on CT and MRI images.The model obtained in this study can provide a reliable model reference for the study of the biomechanical safety of the whole structure and multi tissue of distal radius fractures which is treated by the intelligent air bag of small splint. |
