Objective:In 2010,the State launched the project "Inheritance of Old and Chinese Experts in Traditional Chinese Medicine"(hereinafter referred to as the "Medical Doctors' Inheritance Studio").This study explored the transfer mechanism of Chinese medicine policy within the country.Taking the transfer of the policy of the "Medical Medicine Heritage Studio" as an example,the survey collected,analyzed and analyzed the "inheritance of famous doctors" in 3 provinces and cities in the east,middle and west.Room related data,and the construction of conceptual models to study the influencing factors in the transfer process of the "Medical Agency Heritage Studio" policy,not only provides scientific basis and data support for the optimization of the policy transfer of the "Medical Medicine Heritage Studio",but also explores more Chinese medicine policy is the dominant type of policy reproduction in the process of transfer,aiming to promote the implementation and promotion of Chinese medicine policy.Methods:Through the literature and theoretical research,the concept model of the famous doctor's inheritance studio was built.Relying on the implementation of the questionnaire by the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine,famous doctors from nine provinces and cities in Beijing,Shanghai,Jiangsu,Sichuan,Shaanxi,Gansu,Henan,Jiangxi and Hubei were collected.The studio-related data were used as sample data for the study.After recycling and data cleaning,763 valid questionnaires were finally obtained.Descriptive statistics and reliability analysis were performed on the sample data and the conceptual model was corrected by structural equations.Results:It explored the transfer mechanism of Chinese medicine policy within the country,built a conceptual model of the influencing factors of the policy transfer of the "Medical Medicine Heritage Studio",and verified the assumptions that influenced the transfer of various policies of the "Medical Medicine Heritage Studio" through empirical research.Proposed the relevant policy recommendations to optimize the implementation of the "Medical Agency Heritage Studio" policy,and discussed the two leading types of Chinese medicine policy reproduction.Conclusions:It has proved that the national policy environment,hospital reward system,willingness and behavior of key players directly or indirectly affect the policy transfer level of the"Healthcare Studio" policy and the innovation and innovation of TCM knowledge,so it is from the national level,hospital level,and At the level of the room members,the methods of optimizing the traditional Chinese medicine experts for the inheritance and innovation of traditional Chinese medicine are raised;the will of students of traditional Chinese medicine for the inheritance and innovation of traditional Chinese medicine is improved;and the policies,systems,and laws and regulations that are beneficial to Chinese medicine are further introduced;The existing policies,systems,laws and regulations that promote good Chinese medicine,and policy recommendations for improving the infrastructure construction and incentive performance of medical institutions,and based on this,discussed the policy transfer and policy reproduction issues of more Chinese medicine policies.The two leading types of policy reproduction,namely the reproduction of resource-oriented policies that make full use of the advantages of regional Chinese medicine resources,and the reproduction of talent-driven policies that make full use of the advantages of TCM academic schools,lay the foundation for further research on policy transfer,policy reproduction,and policy innovation.
