Clinical Research Of Mesylate Apatinib Combined With Huoxue Lishui Decoction In The Treatment Of Malignant Ascites

Objective:The study is to further clarify the efficacy and safety of apatinib combined with Huoxue Lishui recipe for the treatment of patients with malignant ascites,and to provide new ideas and methods for the treatment of malignant ascites.Methods:This study collected 20 patients with malignant ascites hospitalized in Suzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2016 to January 2018.20 patients were treated with apatinib mesylate combined with Huoxue Lishui Recipe to observe the adverse reactions during treatment.The ascites volume was determined by B-ultrasound before and after treatment.The abdominal circumference,24-hour urine volume,coagulation function,blood cell value and related adverse reactions were observed,and the therapeutic effect and quality of life were evaluated after treatment.Results:In terms of effectiveness,compared with before treatment,the depth of ascites exploration detected by B-ultrasound is reduced by 15.28± 10.84 mm,P<0.01 and the difference is statistically significant;after treatment,the abdominal circumference of the patients decrease by 5.50±4.22 cm,p<0.05,the difference is statistically significant;compared with before treatment,the 24-hour urine volume increases 111.60±296.42ml after treatment,P>0.05,the difference is not statistically significant;after treatment,TCM symptom scores decrease by 3.5±1.32,P<0.001,and the difference is statistically significant;after treatment,the standardized score of reducing the symptom field is 17.56±5.78,p<.0.01,and the difference is statistically significant;and after treatment,the standardized scores of functional field and general health status are 3.5±1.32 and 7.5±8.51 respectively,p<0.01,the difference is statistically significant.In terms of tumor markers,CA199 is statistically analyzed before and after treatment.P<0.05,the difference is statistically significant;before and after treatment CA724 is statistically analyzed,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.In terms of safety indicators,data that change in blood routine and D-dimer before and after treatment are statistically analyzed,P>0.05 and the difference is not statistically significant.But in terms of liver function,ALT increased by 16.61 ±34.59,AST increases by 14.45 26.90,p<0.05,and the difference is statistically significant.Considering the risk of ALT and AST increased by apatinib mesylate.only one patient has abnormal liver function index during clinical observation.After stopping treatment for liver protection,the patient's liver function decreases.There is no significant difference in the change of Cr in the patients before and after treatment,suggesting that Huoxue Lishui recipe combined with apatinib mesylate has no effect on the renal function of the patients.One patient experiences hand-foot syndrome,oral mucositis and other adverse reactions,but the patient can still afford,and after drug withdrawal,the adverse reactions of the patients improve obviously.Conclusion:Huoxue Lishui recipe combined with apatinib mesylate can effectively reduce the peritoneal effusion of patients,which can not only relieve the patient's TCM clinical symptoms,but also improve the patient's quality of life.In the study and observation of combined therapy,no obvious adverse reactions occurred,indicating that this method is safe and effective,and it is worthy of promotion in clinical practice.
