Correlation Between Serum Bile Acid Spectrum And TCM Syndromes Of Peptic Ulcer

Objective:Based on previous studies,we used metabonomics related methods to further explore the changes of bile acid spectrum in peptic ulcer active phase and the relationship between TCM Syndrome Types and bile acid spectrum of peptic ulcer.Thus we hope to provide experimental evidences for the objectification of TCM syndrome types,and find potential markers for peptic ulcer,so as to provide theoretical basis for diagnosis,prognosis and prevention of peptic ulcer.Methods:This study set up the control group and the observation group,the control group(healthy volunteers)30 people,the observation group(peptic ulcer patient)60 people.The observation group was further divided into the empirical group and the asthenia syndrome group,30 in each group.The patients in the observation group underwent electronic gastroscopy,mucosal biopsy,Hp examination,case registration,blood biochemistry routine and bile acid spectrum examination before treatment.The healthy volunteers were only tested with serum juice acid spectrum.Serum bile acid spectrum was detected by high performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry.Results:Compared with the control group,the content of serum glycine ursodeoxycholic acid in the positive group of peptic ulcer and the deficiency syndrome group were all higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the serum cholic acid content of the positive peptic ulcer group and the deficiency syndrome group were all lower,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(0.05).There was no significant difference in the content of deoxycholic acid in the serum of the experimental group and the deficiency syndrome group(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,there was no significant difference in the content of serum glycine deoxycholic acid(P>0.05)in the positive group of peptic ulcer and the deficiency syndrome group(P>0.05),and the serum glycidoxycholic acid,cholic acid and Niu Huangtuo in the positive peptic ulcer group There was no significant difference in the content of oxycholic acid and glycine deoxycholic acid between the asthenia syndrome group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Compared with the normal group,the serum cholic acid content of the patients with peptic ulcer was decreased and the content of GD was increased.It suggested that cholic acid and HP may be involved in the pathological process of peptic ulcer.There was no significant correlation between serum levels of glycido deoxycholic acid,cholic acid,Niuhuang deoxycholic acid and glycine deoxycholic acid in peptic ulcer.
