Objective:With the progress of modern diagnostic methods, the survival rates of patients with breast cancer are also gradually increase. But in rising at the same time, the survival of patients with a variety of treatments for patients with multiple of physical and mental harm.In the process of clinical prevention and treatment of breast cancer, the patients' health-related quality of life is more and more attention.Along with the quality of life in patients with breast cancer awareness and assessment of progress, many corresponding intervention methods have also been more and more used in clinical research and practice.Research shows that through the plan, according to the steps of psychological intervention, can prolong patient survival and improve the quality of life.At present, the domestic is still a lack of Intensity Modulated Radiation Therapy(IMRT)for breast cancer postoperative joint life quality of patients with specific quantitative research, analysis is more a lack of psychological intervention on quality of life of patients with breast cancer postoperative IMRT joint of the system. Therefore,by selecting the professional quality of life of breast cancer evaluation scale and self-designed questionnaire, based on the questionnaire survey to master the real implications of the treatment on patients quality of life, and analyzes the development of specific relationship. At the same time, according to the specific situation to develop the corresponding psychological intervention measures, and USES the same questionnaire to evaluate intervention effects, discusses and analyzes the factors affecting the quality of life of different,in order to find suitable for the feasibility of joint intensity-modulated radiation therapy in patients with breast cancer postoperative mental intervention programs. Methods: The first part: the selection in ohtsubo army military medical university hospital research institute of field surgery for diagnosis and treatment of patients with breast cancer, treatment to keep milk or modified radical surgery combined with postoperative intensity-modulated radiotherapy.Using the researchers designed the general situation questionnaire to collect demographic data; The FACT-B scale Chinese version(by FACT-G and breast cancer specific modules)to investigate the patient's quality of life;Used for postoperative patients, the researchers designed interview questions survey sex life satisfactory degree and accepting attitude towards treatment.Using SPSS16.0 statistical description, single factor analysis and multiple linear regression method, discusses different treatment(confirmed breast surgery plus radiotherapy and modified radical + radiotherapy)relationship with the quality of life. The second part: in the army military medical university hospital research institute of field surgery for diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer patients, for patients with intensity modulated radiation therapy(IMRT)with modified radical surgery combined.Selection of 72 hospitalized patients with breast cancer, were randomly divided into intervention group and waiting for the group. The intervention group given psychological intervention in the process of radiation therapy, the control group only received standard care. After radiotherapy for psychological questionnaire survey, questionnaire content with the former.Of the data by statistical software SPSS 16.0 statistical analysis of count data adoption rate(%),said the group comparison between using chi-square test;Measurement data using mean + /-standard deviation, said is compared between group by t test. Results: The first part: the combined radiotherapy different surgery way, quality of life score difference is bigger, which the average total score for confirmed breast augmentation group(90.500±13.940),modified radical group total scoring average(70.350±14.490),statistically significant difference(P < 0.01).At the same time, protect patients with breast augmentation surgery for their recognition and sexual satisfaction is superior to accept patients with modified radical difference is statistically significant. The second part: Through psychological support, cognitive education, actively respond to the relaxation exercise and behavior under the influence of psychological intervention, such as intensity modulated radiation therapy(IMRT)modified radical joint scheme through self adjustment and adaptation of breast cancer patients, quality of life improved significantly. On sex survey, the intervention group patients satisfaction with their sex lives and their patients were higher than control group,in front of your partner for sexual life exposed body acceptance is higher. On the overall acceptability of treatments, the intervention group patients are more likely to calm in the face of physical and mental condition after treatment and so on a series of change,to the treatment has the positive significance of understanding more deep, and can try to overcome negative changes brought by the treatment.Through multiple linear regression analysis, the results show that the psychological intervention is not related to quality of life of other factors, such as age, marital status, educational level and pathological staging, etc. Conclusions: Intensity modulated radiation therapy(IMRT)joint modified radical quality of life of breast cancer patients is low,tip modified radical joint intensity-modulated radiation therapy of breast cancer patients is an urgent need to psychological intervention group.Under the effect of psychological intervention, the modified radical intensity modulated radiation therapy(IMRT)joint scheme through self adjustment and adaptation of breast cancer patients, can significantly improve the quality of life.Correction multi-factor analysis showed that psychological intervention can improve the breast cancer as a modified radical intensity modulated radiation therapy(IMRT)joint independent prognostic factors for patients quality of life.
