Clinical Effect Of Supplementing Qi,Nourishing Yin And Xiaozheng Prescription On Early DKD Patients And Their TGF-?,ICAM-1,FGF-23

Objective Through clinical trials to observe the Supplementing Qi,nourishing Yin and Xiaozheng prescription used into Qi and yin,kidney collaterals and blood stasis deficiency in early diabetic patients with clinical symptoms,blood glucose,blood lipid,ACR,TGF-?,ICAM-l,FGF-23 and so forth,so as to evaluate the clinical curative effect and discuss the mechanism of treatment of DKD,delay the course of development.In order to have clinical treatment guidance,to provide new ideas for Chinese medicine intervention diabetic kidney disease.At the same time,by observing the security test basic situation and biochemical indexes of evaluation Supplementing Qi,nourishing Yin and Xiaozheng prescription.Methods In order to meet the inclusion criteria of diabetic kidney disease patients as the research object,a total of 58 patients were randomly divided into TCM intervention group(treatment group,n=28).Basic treatment group(control group,n=30),given the basic treatment of diabetes for 3 months to control blood glucose,blood pressure,blood lipids.TCM intervention group were given basic treatment+Supplementing Qi,nourishing Yin and Xiaozheng prescription.The treatment term is 12 weeks.After the end of treatment with ACR,FPG,HbA1C,TG,TC,TGF-?,ICAM-1,FGF-23 as indicators of efficacy,collect test data,and evaluation of Supplementing Qi,nourishing Yin and Xiaozheng prescription in the treatment of early diabetic kidney disease,to explore the mechanism.Results After treatment,the total efficiency of TCM intervention group was 71.42%,the total efficiency of Basic treatment group was 13.33%and P<0.05 among two groups,the difference was statistically significant.After treatment,the blood glucose,blood lipid,ACR,ICAM-1,FGF-23 of TCM intervention group were significantly decreased.TCM intervention group compared with Basic treatment group decreased significantly what with a statistical significance(P<0.05).TGF-? of TCM intervention group were not significantly decreased,but we found a downward trend that worth further study to explore.Conclusion Other than the basic diabetic treatment,Supplementing Qi,nourishing Yin and Xiaozheng prescription can significantly improve the clinic symptoms of DKD patients,the blood glucose,blood lipid,ACR,ICAM-1,FGF-23 of TCM intervention group were significantly decreased.The mechanism may be adjusted by ICAM-1,FGF-23 in vivo serum levels,and slow the progress of renal failure the kidney protection,to provide an idea of the reference material and for the study of early stage diabetic nephropathy.
