Objective To study the efficacy of self-made herbal decoction Xingqi Zhuyu decoction combined with acupuncture for dysmenorrhea patients with qi stagnation and blood stasis type,to evaluate the effectiveness of the system, and to provide theoretical basis for its clinical application. Methods We analyzed the diagnosis and treatment data of patients with qi stagnation and blood stasis type who were diagnosed as dysmenorrhea from March 2016 to March 2017.A total of 90 cases were randomly divided into three groups: self-made herbal decoction treatment group(abbreviated as There were 30 cases of Chinese medicine group,30 cases of self-made Chinese medicine decoction combined with acupuncture treatment group(referred to as acupuncture and medicine group)and 30 cases of western medicine menstruation, continuing to menstrual blood.Control group: Rectal administration of diclofenac sodium suppositories once a day,one tablet at a time, beginning when symptoms of discomfort before menstruation(1 to 2days before menstruation),continuous medication for 3 to 5 days. All three groups of patients continued to receive treatment for 3 menstrual cycles, followed by 6 menstrual cycles after discontinuation. The three groups of patients were treated for 3 menstrual cycles, followed by 6months of menstruation after discontinuation. The clinical total curative effect,TCM symptom therapeutic effect, dysmenorrhea symptom score,long-term clinical curative effect, and treatment safety were observed and compared.Statistical Analysis. Results In the acupuncture group,3 cases were lost to follow-up,4 cases were lost to follow-up in the control group, and 7 cases were lost to follow-up(loss of follow-up rate was 7.78%).A total of 83 patients were included in this study for complete follow-up data:(1)Comparison of clinical total curative effect: After follow-up of 3cycles(6-month menstrual cycle)after the end of treatment, the total effective rate was 90.00% in the Chinese medicine group,92.59% in the acupuncture group, and 76.92% in the control group.Compared with the three groups, the differences between the Chinese medicine group and the acupuncture group and the control group werestatistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the clinical efficacy of the Chinese medicine group and the acupuncture group was better than the control group, but the Chinese medicine group and the needle There was no significant difference in the drug group(P>0.05),indicating that the total clinical efficacy of the self-made herbal decoction treatment group was not better than that of the self-made Chinese herbal decoction combined with acupuncture treatment group at the follow-up of 3 cycles after treatment.(2)Comparison of TCM syndromes of patients:(1)At the end of treatment(3 menstrual cycles),the differences between the Chinese medicine group and the acupuncture group and the control group were all statistically significant(P<0.01),and the acupuncture group was better than the traditional Chinese medicine group. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the Chinese medicine group and the acupuncture group were significantly better than the western medicine group in relieving the symptoms of TCM,and the acupuncture group had a better effect in relieving TCM symptoms than the Chinese medicine group in the short term.2 There was a statistically significant difference between the traditional Chinese medicine group and the acupuncture group and the control group in the follow-up period of 3 menstrual cycles(6 months of the menstrual cycle)(P<0.01),but there was no statistical difference between the acupuncture group and the Chinese medicine group. The significance of the study(P>0.05)also showed that the Chinese medicine group and the acupuncture group were significantly better than the western medicine group in relieving symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine, but the Chinese medicine group and the acupuncture medicine group were effective in relieving the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicinein the three-cycle follow-up after treatment.quite.(3)Comparison of patients' dysmenorrhea symptom scores: 1There was no significant difference in dysmenorrhea symptom scores between the three groups before treatment(P>0.05),indicating that the three groups of patients had comparable conditions before treatment and were comparable.2 There was no significant difference in the dysmenorrhea symptom scores between the three groups after treatment for 1 menstrual cycle(P>0.05);3Therapeutic group and acupuncture group were better than the control group after 2 menstrual cycles The difference in scores was significant(P<0.05),and there was a statistically significant difference between the acupuncture group and the Chinese medicine group(P<0.05),indicating that the acupuncture group had better results in the short term than the Chinese medicine group, and all were better than the control group;4 Treatment 3 After the menstrual cycle(at the end of treatment),the scores of the Chinese medicine group and the acupuncture and medicine group were significantly different from those in the control group(P<0.01),and there was a statistically significant difference between the acupuncture group and the Chinese medicine group(P<0.05).The results showed that the short-term effect of the acupuncture group was better than that of the traditional Chinese medicine group;5 At the end of the treatment, there were very significant differences between the Chinese medicine group and the acupuncture and medicine group compared with the control group(P<0.01).The acupuncture group had no significant difference compared with the traditional Chinese medicine group(P><0.01).0.05),indicating that with the extension of treatment time, the efficacy of the acupuncture group is equivalent to the traditional Chinese medicine group, but the efficacy of the traditional Chinesemedicine group and the acupuncture group are significantly better than the control group. This shows that Chinese medicine has a better effect on the treatment of qi stagnation and dysmenorrhea with western medicine, and the longer the treatment time, the better the effect, and the effect of Chinese herbal decoction treatment combined with acupuncture treatment in the short term is even more significant.(4)Comparison of long-term clinical efficacy: Follow-up of 3menstrual cycles(6-month menstrual cycle)and follow-up of patients after follow-up after the end of treatment in the self-made herbal decoction treatment group and self-made herbal decoction combined with acupuncture treatment group There was no significant difference in the data of the menstrual cycle(9 menstrual cycles)(P>0.5).Compared with the control group at the same period, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.5),indicating that the long-term efficacy of the Chinese medicine group and the acupuncture group was better than the control group, and the treatment effect was more stable. Conclusions Self-made Chinese medicine decoction of gas-by-ball-decoction combined with acupuncture treatment of dysmenorrhea is qi stagnation and blood stasis type of effect is definite, worthy of clinical application.
