ObjectiveTreatise on Cold Pathogenic and Miscellaneous Diseases has a very detailed discussion on the etiology,pathology,principles and prognosis of hepatic diseases.The purpose of this paper is to explore the treatment scheme and the law of development and change of liver diseases,expand the application of meridian prescription in clinical practice,and improve the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine in treating liver diseases.MethodIn Song Dynasty,the Ming Dynasty Zhao Kaimei Lin Yi arrange text in proper order engraved "Treatise on" and "synopsis of prescriptions of the Golden Chamber" as a blueprint,we collected the "Yu Jiayan book" medicine "Lu Maoxiu medical book" "revised popular treatise on the" "gasification theory and clinical treatment of hepatobiliary disease" "Essentials" "Guan Youbo clinical experience selection" on the liver disease provisions from six to organize its classification,and combined with the medical records by using clinical professor Li Jiageng and other medical treatment of liver disease,to explore the rule of "Treatise on" and "Golden Chamber" treatment of liver disease treatment;liver disease treatment effect and thought on the later doctors.ResultThe discussion in Treatise on Cold Pathogenic and Miscellaneous Diseases has put forward useful ideas and effective prescription for the syndrome treatment of liver diseases.These articles contain rich contents of the treatment of liver disease syndromes.Treatise on Cold Pathogenic and Miscellaneous Diseases for the treatment of liver disease,not only can be effective,but also good to follow.These articles contain rich content of liver disease treatment,and Zhang Zhongjing established the characteristics and laws of liver treatment which can be imitated by later generations.These laws have been effective in guiding the treatment of liver diseases.In addition,the teacher professor Li Jiageng's clinical experience can better combining the theory with the practice.ConclusionThis paper studies the syndrome management rules of treating liver diseases by zhang zhongjing in theTreatise on Cold Pathogenic and Miscellaneous Diseases from the perspective of prescription syndrome and six main and collateral channels,which is beneficial for doctors to learn the thinking rules of zhang zhongjing's syndrome differentiation in clinical practice,combine the clinical characteristics of liver diseases,examine and seek causes,and treat causes,and guide clinical practice better.
